Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Baia dell'amore" 200 m. Tennis 600 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. 5-room house 160 m2, on the ground floor. Ideal for families with children, beautiful natural change. Fast at sea. Well equipped kitchen. Guarded residence. Shopping in town possible. Were there for the third time and are still enthusiastic!
