Elounda Breeze Resort

Lovely hotel, have stayed here twice. Great food, and rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Trekked up to the main restaurant be hard work when it’s hot, but buggy frequently takes people up and down, views from restaurant are amazing! The outside a la carte restaurant is also fab!

Our first family holiday abroad with a toddler, so getting it right was so important. You cannot go wrong by booking this hotel as long as you have no disabilities as it is set on a steep hill. They do have guided golf buggies but these cannot be guaranteed to be free as they are busy doing lots of jobs across the resort and have a lot of guests to cater to. We are used to adults only 5 star resorts so this is new territory for us. Our room was wonderful, set back at the top of the hill away from the rest of the resort I think it was room 3103. A bedroom and separate lounge and a huge enclosed terrace where our little boy could play. The facilities were perfect, offering 4 pools, all inclusive. Due to the amount of pools you could choose quiet or sporty or splash. We bounced around the pools and never struggled to get a sunbed. The restaurant with all inclusive was just fabulous, they have a dedicated child's buffet area which is set at a lower height so children can take control and choose their own food. There is children's plastic plates and cutlery. The staff in the restaurant are just amazing. They cater to specific dietary requirements and had so many options and even made my Son some puddings which were dairy free so he was not missing out. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff from Stavros the Manager who is just delightful, amazing with children and is so passionate about his resort and ensuring everyone has a great holiday. Stavros we think you are an absolute legend. Victoria running Guest Services who ensured that everything ran smoothy and is an absolute pleasure to deal with and really looked after us, thank you. Georgia who heads up the restaurants, she is so wonderful with children and made our Son and other guests children feel acknowledged and welcome. Georgia ensured that our Sons dietary needs were met and made us feel that it was no problem. Georgia is an absolute gem and every resort should have a Georgia. Also on the restaurant side is Alexandra who is an absolute delight and our Son fell in love with her. Playing peek a boo whilst working, Alexandra is an absolute delight. All the staff work so so hard. Athina and Marius on the restaurant team were also just incredible. This team just works so well and I have never visited anywhere so well put together. They run a incentive scheme encouraging children to try new foods and give out certificates for this. The entertainment team were knockout and again, just amazing, family fun that was infectious, even if you thought you did not want to join in, well they made you want to join the fun. A passionate team that packed a punch with their enthusiasm and wanting to get it right. The Tui representative Olivia was so lovely and a fountain of knowledge. She was honest and a pleasure to deal with, unusual for reps nowadays. Finally if you would like a massage go to Fotini, just wow. One of the best massages I have ever had and such a calming and lovely lady. I p

Me and my friends stayed here now for the second time because the reps recommended to us to come back in October. The weather was still nice and the staff is just the best and most welcoming I’ve ever seen. I definitely will come back with my family!

Having returned yesterday from a week long stay here. I want to start by saying take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. This hotel is absolutely amazing for what it is. The rooms cleaned daily by an absolutely wonderful lady who was always happy and cheerful and to a high standard. Very comfortable beds, we were in room 2096, and it was very spacious and modern, with a balcony over looking the resort, with a view of the sea and the mountains. It was beautifully calming. We did not make much use of the many pools as they were far to cold for us. But if it had been warmer we would have made use of them all. We found that the food was plentiful, with a wide choice, albeit a little on the cold side sometimes, we did have hot food when we Timed our arrival to dinner right! We Managed to have a dinner at the taverna, which was awesome, but so filling we couldn't eat it all! The resort staff we interacted with were funny, pleasant and remembered our preferences to how we liked our drinks. We decided to walk into the village, which at our pace took longer than it should and the village was stunning. Well worth a walk for food and drink outside of the hotel. We will be staying again soon enough, and we very rarely stay somewhere twice. A solid 4 star hotel, could be easily a 5 star by having heated pools and waiter service around the resort.

This is hotel is just perfect family’s or all ages, but especially younger children, the staff are all amazing! They work super hard to make sure everyone is having a fab holiday. All kids clubs are brilliant, we have not left our daughter before on holiday, but felt so comfortable & safe with the staff, she went 4 times! They do a perfect session for 6pm-8pm so as a couple we could have a little date night 👌🏼 Family pool & activity pools both brilliant, activity pool was our fav as amazing views a lot bigger & perfect little toddler pool. Food was a good standard & lots of choice, staff again in all restaurants very friendly. Entertainment… just WOW! Perfect for all of the family, interact quizzes, dance/singing shows, fire acrobatic show, and the kids characters Captain T & T-bot were just brilliant & my daughter loved them! Rooms, spacious & clean, bed super comfortable, but shower a bit weak. **You can walk into town quite easily from the back of the hotel, down a road & then follow the crazy paving path along these front, loving to have a little drink or meal, can Highly recommend OLIOs in the square for pizza & pasta** Stelios the manager was very friendly & helpful Big shoutout to TJ for the pool activities! Worked her butt off & so up beat and friendly!

The lead up to our trip I was nervous as the reviews were saying it’s great for families but not as good for couples. Rubbish! Me and my partner stayed for 7 nights and I am already looking at booking again for next year! We arrived at midnight and two gentleman welcomed us, they swiftly checked us in (around 20 of us got off the bus) and would take guests to their room via the golf carts as the site is fairly hilly, however we did not require this as we were just a few doors down from reception (room 2041) Food - Amazing, so much variety for all three meals, the snack bar was equally as good. The food was hot and cooked perfectly, we only ate from the snack bar and main restaurant as we didn’t bother with the a la carte restaurants because the main buffet was brilliant. Staff - staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, ranging from the restaurant staff, reception staff and the entertainment team. They were all just great. Special mention to Sula, she always ran the quiet pool bar and was so friendly and kind, nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff made us feel so at ease. We spent most of our time around the quite pool or at the water slides. We usually like to go out for the day however we only went off site twice and that was just to visit the harbour and the gift shops. On the Wednesday night there was a photographer who would take a couple of snaps with you on the terrace which we were able to purchase the following morning at breakfast. We only watched the entertainment for two nights but what a fantastic show they put on, the Glitterama and the Wild West show. All in all an absolutely fantastic holiday, even though this is aimed at families, couple definitely have a great time too.
