Elounda Breeze Resort

Rated 5/5 based on the £375pp for 4 nights all inclusive including flights i paid. Same holiday same dates next year is over £800pp so at that price it would be 3 or 4. Pros Food at buffet is Exellent as good as any all inclusive I've been. On a par with the Riu hotels in the Caribbean. Views are amazing. Very friendly staff Pools are decent. Cleaners were good and hotel in general is modern and spotless. Negatives (Nothing terrible just a bit of feedback) Entertainment was average at best. Entertainment team worked hard but simply not singers. Why not let them finish at 9 and they can have a night out then get a proper singer in. What would that cost? Guessing less than £5 a guest? Elounda the nearest town is 30 minutes walk away. Beautiful but very quiet for anyone under 50. Plus a few things I didn't quite understand. Couldn't access the restaurant from the pool as the gate was always locked. The water slides finished 5.30 even though advertised as 6. For some reason they didn't like you sitting at the tables on the end with the best view. The a la carte restaurant was where the snack bar is in the day and in my opinion food and views were better from the buffet. Not hotels fault as government tax but if on a 14 night holiday be prepared for a 210 euros bill. On the whole though it was a fantastic holiday and at the price we paid I would definitely come back.

Απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι, το οικογενειακό δωμάτιο άνετο, καθαρό, καινούργιο με τέλεια θέα. Οι νεροτσουληθρες απόλυτα ασφαλές για τα παιδιά καθώς υπάρχουν 2 άτομα για την σωστή και ασφαλή λειτουργία τους. Το προσωπικό μας φέρθηκε τέλεια, ιδιαίτερα να ευχαριστήσω την Κα Μάνια στη reception η οποία μας βοήθησε και μας εξυπηρέτησε άψογα στο πρόβλημα που μας προέκυψε.Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν το φαγητό, αν και έχει μεγάλη ποικιλία τα περισσότερα ήταν άνοστα

We just got back from spending a week here with 2 other families (kids are 1.5 / 2.5 & 3.5 years old) & we all had the best time. The entertainment is great, there is something going on throughout the day and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment. It’s set up for the kids early on and then the adults with the kids being able to join in later. The food was really good, good choice and quality. We especially loved that they had a kids station with plastic bowls/plates and spoons. Would say be good if they had plastic forks too for the kids but it was such a clever feature. We loved the snack bar down by the activity pool and ate far too much Gyros and Pizza. The rooms are newly done and really lovely. Super comfy bed and works for a family of 3 perfectly. My only negative/warning would be the bathrooms have no baths, only showers which for a family resort surprised us. Many people mention it’s hilly but we didn’t find it too bad. There is a hill up to the main restaurant but you can ask reception for the golf buggy up there and it’s so worth it being at the top because of the stunning views. They provide pool towels so you don’t need to bring your own which saves space in your luggage. Overall we had a fabulous time & would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids.

This is our third visit within the last 4 years to Elounda Breeze. It never fails to amaze me….wonderful setting with fantastic views and spotlessly clean modern rooms. The food is outstanding with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone and are never repetitive. All the staff were very helpful and always courteous with special mentions of appreciation to Mania, Despoina, George, Manos and Manolis at reception, the Maitre Georgia and all the staff in the restaurant, Fontini for my massage and Sotiris, Kostas and Ivan for all the buggy lifts. I cannot fault my stay in any way and was shocked to read a recent negative comment directed towards a reception member of staff. They are ALL very helpful and treat guests with respect. In management many thanks to Mr Papadimakopoulous and Mr Apostolos for creating such a family feel to the hotel. Well done to all the staff….we hope to return again next year🤞 Efcharisto gia tis yperoches anamniseis.💙🇬🇷

Vorige week onze vakantie doorgebracht in het Elounda breeze resort. In één woord... geweldig!! Het beste hotel wat we in jaren hebben gezien. De omgeving is prachtig, de kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Een hartverwarmende ontvangst, wij voelden ons er erg welkom. Het terrein is heuvelachtig, maar je wordt altijd gebracht en gehaald met een golfkarretje, wanneer je dat wilt. Mijn speciale dank aan het personeel, want ze werken enorm hard, altijd met een glimlach. Niets is hun teveel. Mede door hun is het voor ons een onvergetelijke tijd geweest. We gaan zeker nog eens terug

Last day here at the Elounda Breeze and have mixed feeling on the trip, some good points but some areas I think could be improved. First of all the major plus for this holiday was the amazing kids club and staff, my 8 year old loved it and couldn’t wait to go each day, none of the coaxing I was expecting to have to go through. Evening entertainment again was ok, kids mini disco and a variety of shows, cast really try hard and again little one enjoyed it. Hotel is clean and the pools are good although small so be prepared to go early to get a sun lounger. Although I’m not a picky eater, I found the food was average, the drinks were ok, except for the coffee which isn’t the same from a machine, I’d have liked a large hot cup with breakfast. We had a room near the water slides and you had to access by metal ramps which as you can imagine, when you have parties arriving very late at night these make a racket and wake you up, together with our room having a door adjoining to the adjacent room you could hear everything. Don’t think we had a full nights sleep the whole 10 nights we were here. We did trips to elounda and spinalonga as well as Knossos and all well worth a trip. So to summarise, the hotel didn’t do anything wrong it just seemed to be lacking in areas and were actually ready to head home which is unusual for us. Kids club and staff are amazing and make the kids feel welcomed and like friends.
