Dal momento dell’arrivo, l’accoglienza è stata semplicemente impeccabile: ogni membro dello staff si è dimostrato non solo altamente competente, ma soprattutto autenticamente attento e sorridente, qualità che ho apprezzato più di ogni altra cosa. La sensazione era quella di trovarsi in famiglia, in un ambiente intimo e al tempo stesso di altissimo livello. Un elogio particolare va al concierge, sempre disponibile con soluzioni precise e personalizzate come il tour a Knosso o la gita in barca con private butler e private chef. L’architettura e il design della struttura sono straordinari: essenziali, raffinati e perfettamente integrati con l’ambiente circostante, con un lavoro fi landscaping e cura dell’ambiente molto minuzioso. La tranquillità che ho trovato qui è rara e preziosa, difficilmente riscontrabile altrove. I servizi sono tutti di prim’ordine: dalla spiaggia privata curata nei minimi dettagli, alla palestra ben attrezzata, fino al piccolo cinema interno che regala momenti unici. La proposta gastronomica è un altro punto di forza assoluto: il ristorante Anthós offre un’esperienza culinaria raffinata, mentre la Blue Door Taverna coniuga autenticità e qualità eccellente. Il culmine del soggiorno è stata la cena con altri ospiti del resort al Farm to Table pop-up restaurant: un’esperienza memorabile, che ha permesso di scoprire tecniche di cucina tradizionale, condividere il piacere della tavola e conoscere nuove persone. Un momento che rimarrà per sempre nel cuore. In ogni singolo aspetto, dal più grande al più piccolo, il Phaea Blue si conferma un luogo di vera eccellenza. Σας ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς

Είχα την τύχη να επισκεφθώ το Phaea Blue στην Ελούντα, καλεσμένη από μια φίλη μου, και πραγματικά η εμπειρία ήταν μοναδική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Ξεκινήσαμε με ένα ποτό στο μπαρ, όπου μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια η Χρυσούλα – μια ζεστή παρουσία που μας έβαλε αμέσως στο κλίμα της φιλοξενίας. Στη συνέχεια, περάσαμε στο εστιατόριο Ανθός, όπου την εξυπηρέτησή μας ανέλαβε η υπεύθυνη του χώρου, Μαρία – η οποία είναι εξαιρετική στη δουλειά της. Η φροντίδα, η διακριτικότητα και η επαγγελματικότητά της ξεχωρίζουν και κάνουν τη διαφορά. Στο τραπέζι μας, η εξυπηρέτηση συνεχίστηκε με τον Γιάννη και τον Νίκο, οι οποίοι ήταν και οι δύο εξαιρετικοί! Ευγενικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα με χαμόγελο, συνέβαλαν στο να αισθανθούμε άνετα και όμορφα καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του δείπνου. Δοκιμάσαμε από όλα – κυριολεκτικά! – και κάθε πιάτο ήταν νοστιμότατο, καλοσερβιρισμένο και με προσεγμένη παρουσίαση. Η κουζίνα ισορροπεί τέλεια ανάμεσα στην ποιότητα και τη δημιουργικότητα. Η ατμόσφαιρα του χώρου απλώς φανταστική: κομψή, γαλήνια και με μία αίσθηση χαλάρωσης που σε κάνει να μην θες να φύγεις. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στις υπέροχες Χρυσούλα και Μαρία, στους εξαιρετικούς Γιάννη και Νίκο. Το Phaea Blue είναι ένας προορισμός που αξίζει να τον ζήσεις – κι εγώ, σίγουρα, θα το ξαναζήσω!

It is amongst my personal top 10 hotels I have stayed at. Decor was amazing and the setting was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and were kept clean with towels that were expected of a five star hotel. All the staff went the extra mile and management were present and available. Breakfast was truly a wonderful experience as was lunch and dinner. Only thing I would criticize is the lack of bar service at the pool area. The beach facilities and service were excellent. We enjoyed the movie theater which was comfortable and professional equipped. Well done to the team

This is hands down one of my favorite hotels. From the moment we arrived - everything was total perfection. The welcome greeting to the amenities, to the activities to the accommodations. The food was as extraordinary as the service - we came away feeling like everyone we encountered there is now a good friend! Highly recommend the traditional “pop up” dinner - which was absolutely spectacular. We also loved going out on the boat and having lunch and swimming. Every meal was incredibly delicious… and every person we encountered was so helpful and kind- from the general manager to the food and beverage manager… the executive chef and Maria who served us each morning. The rooms are stunning and comfortable. My husband and I shared a suite with our two daughters. We hated to leave - but as they reminded us, we must leave in order to come back. And we WILL be back.

The way you are pampered makes you feel home. The kindness and professionalism of the staff is something absolutely worth. Always available and attentive. The restaurant on the seaside, Blue Door, is a place with an idyllic view, you forget you are in a hotel, you feel like being at lunch or dinner with friends. Here too, impeccable service and excellent cuisine. Breakfast is truly unique, quality and courtesy. The beach is located in the most beautiful part of the gulf, in front of Spinalonga island. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our room and in general. A totally relaxing holiday in a place with a unique view.
