The hotel is splendid location is far from everything but it is great

Das Hotel ist ca. 20-jährig ohne Gebrauchsspuren und top im Schuss. Die Anlage ist oberhalb einer Bucht treppenförmig in einen Hang gebaut. Durch eine kleine Standseilbahn ist jeder Level direkt mit dem tollen Privatstrand am Meer verbunden. Wunderschöne Architektur. Sie verfügt über mehrere grosse Pools und gute Restaurants. Geheimtipp ist das asiatische Restaurant. Nächsten Winter steht offenbar eine Renovation an. Der Staff ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir waren in einem Maisonette-Zimmer mit eigenem, ein wenig zu kaltem Pool und super Aussicht auf die Bucht gebucht. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die extreme Hellhörigkeit aus den Nebenzimmern. Wenn da eine Familie mit schreienden Kindern haust, sofort ausziehen. Was diesbezüglich auch zu erwähnen ist, das Hotel ist auch ein Seminarhotel. Da kann es abends in dem sonst ruhigen Ressort auch mal laut werden. Ein Anruf an die Rezeption beendet dies relativ rasch. Gut zu wissen: Die Halbpension gilt nur im Buffetrestaurant. An den anderen Restaurants wird ein Aufpreis von 26€/P plus ggf. ein Aufpreis für Menüs mit *Kennzeichnung verlangt. Das Personal informiert darüber im Voraus. Wir können das Haus mit ihren liebenswerten Angestellten wärmsten empfehlen. Das Preis:Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Toll dass es diese gelebte Gastfreundschaft heute noch gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel is designed beautifully , stunning interiors. The most amazing thing about the hotel however is the staff and the level of service they commit to in every department, the beach , bars, restaurants, everywhere!. The food is amazing in both restaurants and Maria and her team take care of you so well, she is such a personality. The team at the Blue door on the beach are fun and passionate about the local food and wine. A special nod to Calliope on reception who is helpful and always making sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. The only downside was noise from adjacent building works which is out of their control and will stop when the work is complete, however the staff did all they could to overcome this issue. A very relaxing week, we have come back refreshed.
