Το ξενοδοχείο είναι 4 αστέρων υποτίθεται αλλά καμία σχέση ,θέλει ποκυυυυ δρόμο Το προσωπικό ήταν πολυ καλό , φιλόξενο και εξυπηρέτηση άψογη Καθαριότητα μηδέν Φαγητό μέτριο Άνεση καθόλου,μικρά δωμάτια όπως και όλοι οι χώροι του Δεν θα ξανά πήγαινα☺️

Нам с женой очень понравилось! У нас был номер с панорамным видом, вид шикарный, номер уютный и чистый, персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый! Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Tanzeel, всегда расскажет, поможет! Также хотелось поблагодарить работников ресторана Manolis, и особенно Татьяну, которая посоветовала очень интересные места для посещения и в целом нам помогала советами на протяжении всего отдыха! Еда в ресторане разнообразная каждый день! Мясо, рыба, кальмары, различные закуски, салаты, овощи ..все очень вкусно! А не набрать много лишних кг после обильных обедов, помогает крутая лестница ведущая к отелю) Все практически в шаговой доступности! Расположение отеля очень хорошее, в центре города, при этом не шумно). Кафе, рестораны, различные местные достопримечательности, все рядом! В самом отеле есть парковка для машин, небольшая, но т.к большинство машин на острове это малолитражки, парковка нормальная) Мы брали в аренду авто, если не боитесь горных, крутых серпантинов, настоятельно рекомендую взять небольшую машину. На авто можно объездить и посетить больше красивых мест, но повторюсь, очень узкие, с крутыми наклонами улочки и горные крутые серпантины, это надо учесть!! В отеле так же можно приобрести экскурсии, в этом всегда поможет Tanzeel :) Нам очень все понравилось, планируем вернуться! Рекомендуем всем!!!!

Please check pictures from everyone before you book, the advertisment for this hotel is not what you get! The pictures show unrealistic viewpoints of hotel, these were obviously staged.... On arrival you are met with 64 steps to climb with no assistance... the rooms are ok, have a bed, fridge, kettle (no coffee or tea/bring your own), tiny balcony that is wide enough for 2 stools... you can not lay or sit and relax in the space we were lucky had were upgraded to the harbour view... others had building walls... Breakfast starts at 8am, no where inside hotel to purchase coffee or tea earlier, local drinks are not nice at all, i dont think the pipes are cleaned at all... loved the coffee machine when allowed to use it The food is hit and miss, we lived on watermelon, boiled eggs and toast that has to go through the machine at least 7 times to resemble toast. we past the kitchen at 1230 one day and the fish dish for lunch was all sitting on the trays in the kitchen uncovered! the pool gets sun 1 hour a day, its freezing and a bath for the pidgeons... there are 6 sunbeds by the pool the rooftop has 7 sunbeds... 4 of which are ripped/broken.... you cant get a drink from the rooftop until 5pm which means you have to go down to the ground floor to get a drink.... No entertainment at the hotel, the owners are rude and unhelpful with anything you ask on check out they took my wristband off before i gave the key back! we had to check out at 12 and our collection wasnt until 9pm... we had to ask to have lunch but we were only allowed 1 drink with it... nothing for the rest of the day we asked for towels to have a shower before leaving and were told we had to have taken them out of our room to use as they dont have any others! if it wasnt for the people we met on this holiday it would of been a disaster. we spent all of our time after the first day eating out and at the beach, fantastic eating out around the town and the beach looking at the sea from the hotel to the left is fantastic, clear and so warm... the food from achinos was great value for money and the sunbeds in front were 14 euros a day, highly recommend

Перед тем, как ехать прочитала отзывы и, честно говоря,не понимаю недовольных. Всё просто замечательно! Сразу хочу выразить огромную благодарность Ass. Manager Tanzeel. Всегда поможет, расскажет, очень дружелюбный и вежливый, как любят добавлять англичане, really. Еда в ресторане вкусная и разнообразная. Каждый день мясо, рыба и даже кальмары.Из алкоголя я пью только красное вино, мне понравилось. Отдельное спасибо работникам ресторана Manolis и Татьяне. В среду на крыше классный dancing. У меня был номер панорамный. Просто шикарный вид. Рекомендую!!! Чтобы попасть в отель, надо подняться по ступенькам. Меня это не напрягало, после сытных обедов и ужинов, даже нравилось. Ещё раз огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых🥰

Please read the reviews before you think of booking here. We have no clue how this hotel is still open !? Truly a shocking place, hotel pics are clearly photoshopped and not realistic at all. Staff are unwelcoming and rude to say the least. The area is lovely including beaches, bars, restaurants.. essentially anywhere other than being at this hotel !

Rated as 4* back in 2014, if you like to drag your cases up 8 flights of stairs on arrival with no porter then you will love this place!! It boasts a ‘Plunge Pool’ at best on the ground floor next to reception with 5 .. yes 5 sun-loungers. And a small bar there too, it does have another 5 loungers upstairs on the rooftop bar, but don’t expect to get a drink there until after 5pm. And it promptly closes at 10pm issuing just 1 drink and a return your glass before another can be taken policy!! The dining hall is extremely small with space for approx 70 guests in this 8 story hotel.. the staff are not exactly approachable either, when I asked why our 4* hotel did not provide water in our room I was told by the receptionist ‘ go buy some or take a glass from the pool bar’ needless to say we will never be back and I WARN YOU ALL TO READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING.

Great location, just 5 min.to the beach or city center. Most friendly and helpful receptionist Tanzil and all staff ever! He helped to bring up and down guests luggage, because there is steps to the main street. Also he offered early BF when we needed to start excursion early. Everything about the 4* hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. We had Al, food was good, fresh and great choice on dinner and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well comfortable with small balcony, some with see view. At evenings we had cocktails on the roof bar. Also if you like dancing, evening disco until 22 is every night ! We were the group 30 pax. Me and all the group were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Прекрасный отдых в Греции. Замечательный отель . Прекрасные и заботливые люди . Отличная кухня и разнообразное меню . В номерах чисто . Среди такой теплой и милой атмосферы было приятно провести время отдыха . Рекомендую желающим провести свой отдых в этом Незабываемом отеле . Всем хорошего отдыха

Волшебный отдых на Крите . Хочу поблагодарить персонал отеля и менеджера Танзила за профессиональное отношение к работе, доброжелательность и позитив. Нас поселили в номер с фантастическим панорамным видом на залив Мирабелло . Уютный отель с современным дизайном в центре Агиос Николаоса со вкусной кухней и чистыми номерами. Хочу отметить идеальное расположение отеля, все достопримечательности , магазины и рестораны в шаговой доступности. Однозначно рекомендую посетить отель Mistral Bay и насладиться неверотными пейзажами и захватывающими экскурсиями. У меня только положительные эмоции и приятные впечатления от отдыха. Крит навсегда в моём сердце
