Perfect stay at Chios Xenia The apart hotel is located adjacent to the beach of Agia Fotini and you can easily go for a swim with in a few meters from your room. The lady in the reception welcomed us in front of the hotel and helped us to carry our luggage with electric car. They are managing the restaurant opposite of the reception office and the food was delicious both for the breakfast and dinner. Agia Fotini is a nice place to stay in Chios and if you have a car you can go to villages (Pyrgi, Mesta, Olimpiu) and other beaches (Mavra Voglia, Agia Dynami) within 30 - 40 minutes. Our room is serviced and cleaned daily during our stay for 5 nights. We had a big refrigerator and a kitchen in our room where you can cook your own food if you want. Definitely, recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday.

Wi-Fi çalışmıyordu. Onun dışında herşey çok iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldık.

We couldn’t use the room safe because the batteries were dead and I informed Rose the owner or owner’s wife of this. After requesting batteries again, she told me she would take care of it She did not. We proceeded to hide some currency in the room. We departed on a Monday and realized on that Thursday that we had left that cash behind in our room. Yes, that was not too smart. So we immediately called Rose and told her exactly where the cash was. When we called back she said there was no cash there, that many people had used the room since we left (over three days??) but she would look again. It was a very good hiding place. When we called back again, she said there was no cash there. Hmm. Also had a number of insects in our room, not all dead. Had also asked Rose for additional bug control, didn’t get that either. We have bug photos but have no need to post them, from roaches to a large spider and an army of ants. On a positive note, breakfast buffet was good.

This property is extremely clean and taken good care of by the owners. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sakız adasında gidilebilecek en güzel tesis.Son 4 senedir her yaz mutlaka gidiyoruz bu tesise,öncelikle otelin konumu çok iyi denizi harika işletmenin kendine ait bir plajı var.Otelin sahibi Rose,eşi Giannis ve oğulları Niko çok cana yakın insanlar,restorandaki lezzetler muhteşem dışarda yemek yemenize hiç gerek yok %10 indirim yapıyorlar ayrıca porsiyonları çok büyük.. 3 işletmeleri var Esperides,Illoxenia ve Chios Xenia.. Her gün odalar mutlaka temizleniyor.Hijyen konusunda çok hassaslar. Kahvaltıları çok iyi çeşitleri bol ve hepsi çok lezzetli börekler ve kekler tabiki Rose'un elinden ve hepsi çok lezzetli.2024 yazı için sabırsızlanıyoruz. Bence yunan adası olarak gidilecek en iyi,yakın ve ucuz tesis.Her sene gidilip bir 15 gün konaklanır.Yurtiçi tesislere yüzbinlerce lira vererek aç kalacağınız tekne sintileleri içindeki hijyensiz,kalabalık ortamlarda 0 servis ve personel kalitesine maruz kalacağınıza...

İşletmeciler ve çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Denizin önünde olması çok önemli. Odalar tertemizdi ve her gün yeniden temizleniyor. Restaurant ***et lezzetli ayrıca ekstra iskonto da yapılıyor. Otopark yok ama biraz mesafe de olsa ücretsiz otoparklar var.

Due to bad weather the season in Agia Fotini hadn’t really started yet and not many places open especially for dinner. However, Rose and Yiannis went above and beyond , asking the chef to stay on and provide dinner for us in the hotel each night. So so grateful. There are 2 sister hotels and delicious buffet breakfast provided in one, so had a morning stroll along for breakfast. Rooms spotlessly clean and such comfy beds. Hotel at the end of beach area and no through road so very quiet, just the waves lapping. No sun beds on beach yet as season not up and running. A quiet small resort out of peak season and would benefit from a car as buses infrequent. However, Rose could not do enough for us, organising large single taxi for our group and arranging for hire of it for the day to take us sightseeing ( at a very reasonable rate), as tours were not running yet. The owners as so friendly, food was delicious, rooms excellent, and made us feel so welcome. 10/10 for hospitality. Hope to return one day but would travel a week later.

Close to the sea

Το οικογενειακό δωμάτιο έχει ενα air-condition μόνο στην κουζίνα/σαλονι (εκεί που συνήθως κοιμούνται τα παιδιά) με αποτέλεσμα οι γονείς να ιδρώνουν ή να πρέπει να κοιμηθούν στο ρατζο του καναπέ. Ζητήσαμε ανεμιστήρα ο οποίος το προτελευταίο βράδυ εξαφανίστηκε με την δικαιολογία ότι "δροσισε κάπως ο καιρός".... Η καθαριότητα χρειάζεται βελτίωση! Η ιδιοκτήτρια εξυπηρετική, αλλά όχι ιδιαίτερα ευγενική ούτε φιλική!

The place is really good with it’s location. Rose and Yannis are really helpfull and friendly. As we were there as a group of friends they organized a Greek night with musicians. Price is so good when you think it’s advantages. Highly recommended for everyone!

Our experience on Xenia was incredible. I dont know where to start. Dear Rose & Yanis you were amazing with all your staff , your breakfasts , your hospitality , your smiley faces all the time. The hotel was amazing with it's view, clean and nice decorated rooms. We were 13 people and all of us were really pleased with everything. As we are crowded we don't want to move to the centre for a Greek night but Yanis brought us the Greek night with musicians and food and made our night unforgettable. For whom interested in to go Chios should prefer Agia Fotini to stay because sea and the place is also amazing. Once again, thank you Yanis & Rose for everything. We are still speechless about all your effort.
