Porto Demo Boutique Hotel - All Inclusive Adults Only

My vacation there was simply great! Everyone was so welcoming and nice. The room was so comfy and the view amazing. The hotel manager Spiridoula made sure we had the best time there! Thank you so much! The beach was a walking distance. Recommend for sure!

Great location but too many simple things let it down. Firstly, the pool was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned the whole time we were there. Crisp packets, insects and foliage remained untouched floating in the water. Also there was blood on the slabs around the pool which was not cleaned up. Secondly, this is not a hotel for people with any form of mobility problems due to the amount of steps. The steps are irregular, uneven and need proper lighting around them as are downright dangerous. A guest broke their foot while here which was no shock. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and would recommend going to the sister hotel as quality of breakfast was much better. Lunch and dinner was lovely though but pretty much what you expect at AI. Staff are friendly apart from one older male who made inappropriate remarks to one of our party. Location is beautiful with great views over the bay. We ate out one night at a local taverna and tried to pay by card and the lady wanted cash, said she struggled with the card machine and was quite rude. There is no WiFi in the room and can be hot and miss around the hotel. Finally, some of the towels were not as clean as I would have liked and the beds were not the most comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and they were delivered to our room- staff in the whole accommodating. Shame so many small things let it down as it’s beautiful.

Very beautiful place with an amazing view ! Very close to the sea. The rooms are great and the food very delicious! The staff there was really really kind and helpful. Especially the manager Spiridoula was really nice and very polite! Really recommend it!!!

I had the most amazing holiday in this hotel. The staff are simply amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, Spiridoula was the most amazing manager, she was so attentive and catered to all of our needs. Her team at the Porto Demo were also amazing. Stellios and Eleonora treated us very well. Would definately come back to stay again!

Hotel very dirty we paid for all inclusive but the food every evening was cold, the wine was undrinkable. We were told we had to pay local environmental tax on arrival of €47 each and they would only except cash. There are lots and lots of steps to get to the only bar which is situated on the top of the hotel with only 1 shared toilet for all the smell of sewage was at times unbearable. Steps also very dangerous with no strips to show end of step. Hotel staff not helpful and at times rude. Back to our room there was only salt water coming out of taps including the shower the towels were small thin and very old bedding the same. How this hotel was given a 4* rating is just unacceptable and totally misleading Love Holidays should be ashamed of themselves but instead insist it’s not their problem and we should take it up with the Hotel, well silly me for thinking because we booked with them our contract was with them. Needless to say I would definitely not recommend this hotel or Love Holidays.

Please don’t get ****** in by the photos. Worst hotel ever, rooms dirty, food cold, too many steps. Only bar is pool bar which is right at the top. No bar inside to enjoy in the evenings. Complaints about room was ignored we had to keep asking for plugs to be fixed, kettle plug was loose very dangerous. All in all an awful experience, as was the opinion of other guests. The wine was so bad we took our own purchased from local shop. Complained to Loveholidays with photos to back up, they didn’t want to know, said we needed to take it up with hotel as it wasn’t their problem!!!!!!!! The Hotel had closed down for the season so useless.
