Vårt første møte med Naxos Et meget hyggelig, praktisk beliggende, enkelt, vennlig, rent og ryddig hotell. Nydelig frokost på restaurant like ved. Bare 100 meter til en fantastisk sandstrand med utleie av solsenger og parasoller. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Établissement qui mériterait un rafraîchissement Très belle piscine, chaude. Appartement vieillissant, fauteuil cassé, pas assez de vaisselle et ustensiles. Frigo cassé pas retiré de la chambre . Proximité de la plage bien situé. Ainsi que qqles commerces (vêtements et supérette). Petit dej compris au Santana (type buffet)

Really nice stay at this hotel, very friendly host, close to everything, brilliant and cosy breakfast. We stayed in room 5, which had 2 terrace overlooking the pool which was great as we traveled as a family. The terrace is not clean daily- which I think it should be. same with the pool area. But rooms were cleaned every day, and it was done very nice and as expected. The shower had very little pressure so it was quite hard rinsing the shampoo and conditioner out. Overall a good stay and lovely for the good price.

great place to stay. Affordable, a short barefoot walk to the beach, and friendly Maria on reception. Great pool, but the breakfast down the road is not so great. Not the hotels fault, but superior alternatives are even closer.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches and ants in the room. The shower tray had a hole in it and they’d just fixed it by pouring cement in it and of the four runners keeping the glass door on only one was connected, the glass was hanging off in quite a dangerous state. The plug points showed signs of burning and some were hanging loose. The room was quite dark as you couldn’t open the window because the shutters wouldn’t open as there was a tree blocking it from opening more than a few inches. If the curtains were pulled the air con was compromise because it was too close to the curtain and the flap couldn’t open. On voicing all the complaints to the girl on reception, she said she just worked there and would tell the owner, we were there for 9 days and had no contact from the owner, even after returning twice to the receptionist. My partner sat on one of the chairs in reception and the chair gave way, he is of average build, wood bits everywhere and him at 75yrs flat on his back and this was after hurting his back before we travelled so the last thing he needed. Despite them saying safety deposit boxes are available, there wasn’t one in the room and when asking at reception I was told there were some in reception which were on full view in a public area and that the receptionist said they weren’t safe as most were broken. Breakfast was down the road at Santana, the hot breakfast there was cold every day as they had no burners to keep the pans warm. I would recommend giving this hotel a wide berth, stay somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.

Cockroaches Unkempt and no response to our concerns - cleaner left embarrassed and receptionist useless. Owner had problems right through covid period. Shower door hanging off and damaged shower cubicle floor. Will never return.
