ホテルのインターネットが故障していて大変不便を強いられました。冷蔵庫やタオルは清潔ではありません。シャワーと蛇口の切り替えのレバーも壊れています。スタッフの対応や朝食は良かったです。ロケーションは良かったです。バングラデシュの国境に近く、外食や買い物にも便利でした。

Room is good. Service is poor. Again Food is good. But everyday I have to keep waiting for fresh towels and reception says to contact house keeping and house keeping does not respond over intercom. On 06-012025 even I had to wait till 10.30 pm for a fresh towel. Reception welcome or on daily basis when you face somebody at reception nobody is having even greets you. It felt like “farak nahin padta “ type.

Decent experience. Courteous staff, average food. Overall acceptable, but the fare is a tad too high in terms of ambience, the quality of linen provided and the food.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Our experiance was very good. The behavior of all the staffs was very good. Rooms were neat and clean.
