Average hotel but with a nice pool and good service

Idéalement situé à proximité de la baie d’Agadir. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul bémol : piscine non chauffée et le manque d’insonorisation au niveau des ouvertures.

Hotel di stile internazionale provvisto di smpi spazi interni sontuodamente arredati con comodi divani in pelle. Ben due acensori collegano i 6 piani di camere ampie e confortevoli. La colazione e' all' americana a buffet.

I will get straight to the point. Location is great walking distance to beach. Apart from that everything else is horrible and the so called 4 star hotel is by far not a 4 star. I would give 1 star just for the location and view from balcony in room. The rooms are outdated and not to a reasonable standard with socket fixtures broken, cracks in the wall and floors with dust or marks that look like dust, not very appealing. The worst comes in the bathroom toilet area, what can I say, definitely 0 star for this. Please see my attached photos that I took. The toilet had a really bad smell coming from it, maybe the water not sure bur again not easy to use due to the smell. The towels were ripped, shower head and curtain rail had rust all over them. The hair dryer in the washroom was I don't know maybe a 1960s hair dryer that barely blew out hot hair. I could go on and on. It was a terrible stay that I had to cut short to 1 night and rebook another hotel. Even after asking reception about a different room to be moved into to give them the benefit of doubt, the response was all our rooms are like this. Going onto the breakfast which was included for the 1 night I stayed again was poor. The bread was stale so was most of the dry stuff and fruit which I guess was used each morning for breakfast without checking the quality of food. Only good part was the fresh omelets and type of morrocon bread (misimin) that was made by the women. The coffee machine has had its days not dispensing any coffee but just hot milk or water. So breakfast isn't worth it overall. I read mixed reviews before booking here with some saying it's actually not bad at all and they don't understand why people are leaving low score reviews, they are totally confused in my eyes because you have to understand that this hotel is advertising as a 4 star and to get a 1 star service is like being robbed. So I would advise anyone looking to boom this hotel to avoid it. There are plenty better hotels in same area for same price or less. It's time the owners pulled their socks up and had a total renovation. Not to mention the pool area and seating, the seating were dirty and outdated and worn. The swimming pool not in use with the water being cleaned out. Overall a waste of money and 1 night. Got my holiday off to a horrible start. I've tried to upload photos but for some reason it is not letting me. I will try and find a way to get these uploaded as it's only fair for customers to make a sound judgement on where they stay and not be robbed from a place like this which I felt I was and I wouldn't want some other couple, group or family to experience the same issues.

J’ai réservé avec mon épouse pour 5 jours pour nous détendre. Quel du notre surprise quand je suis arrivé et que j’ai vu tout ces Traveaux en cours au niveau de la réception et de la piscine !! Un chantier ( perceuse .. perforeuse non stop ) Et le monsieur me dit ? Les travaux et la perceuse c’est de 10 h à 18 h … Ben oui mais on se détend quand alors ?? L’eau de la piscine était trouble et personne autour ( du au bruit énorme et le non nettoyage et filtrage de l’eau) Je suis resté moins de 30 mn et j’ai changé d’hôtel. Je ne comprends pas que les travaux ne sont pas mentionnés sur leur publicité et qu’ils laissent venir les gens de l’étranger. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles Au plus un 2 étoiles.. J’ai fait des vidéos au cas où !! Plus jamais cet hôtel pour moi .

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours au Royal Mirage Agadir, dans une chambre avec une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Le rapport qualité/prix est très satisfaisant, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié les rénovations récentes du lobby ainsi que des chambres, qui donnent un vrai coup de neuf à l’établissement. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le directeur de l’hôtel, M. Saad, pour son accueil professionnel et son sens de l’hospitalité. Il a été présent et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons d’ailleurs tellement apprécié l’expérience que nous avons recommandé l’hôtel à un ami pour sa nuit de noces. Une fois encore, M. Saad s’est personnellement impliqué pour que leur passage se déroule parfaitement. Bravo pour votre professionnalisme et votre engagement envers les clients. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Cet hôtel est de loin l'endroit le plus reposant et chaleureux que j'ai visité ! Je remercie particulièrement le directeur de l'hôtel Saad et toute sa merveilleuse équipe comme Loubna, Othman, Omar, le chef Bilal et les deux charmants piscinistes qui font un travail de chef ! Nous sommes choyées et traitées comme des reines ! Ils sont de bons conseils, tant au niveau des activités que sur les choix culinaires ! Quant à l'hôtel, le service est parfait ! Le petit déjeuner est varié et dispose de plats marocains ! La piscine est gigantesque avec une vue sur l'océan atlantique. En face de l'hôtel se trouve la marina à 1 minutes de marche de tout (restaurants, magasins, pharmacie, etc.) J'insiste sur la propreté des lieux mais surtout sur l'accueil que nous avons reçu ! Il n'y a qu'à Agadir et qu'avec Saad, Loubna et toute l'équipe qu'on peut se sentir comme ça ! Alors foncez ! Merci mille fois ! De la part de Madame Célia et Madame Rabha !

Everybody working there are nice and friendly. The food for breakfast, very good

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and was skeptical beforehand (this was due to reading reviews about how the ongoing construction had affected the stay of other guests, in which they advised to not visit this hotel) however the experience I received couldn’t have been better, every single member of staff was welcoming, kind , and happy to help whether it was the front desk staff, room staff, cleaners, room porters and the breakfast staff working. I do not know any of their names but everyone working there is a credit to the Royal Mirage and made me feel very welcome at the hotel no matter what hour of the day. On the 4th day of my stay I was faced with a slight inconvenience in which the electricity stopped working in my room, as a result I had to relocate rooms however the staff turned this around immediately and were very apologetic and transferred me into a new room swiftly. Finally, the rooms are well presented , bathrooms immaculate and the staff there make you feel like royalty , the hotel is in a great location too which makes it appealing to anyone who would want to visit agadir

La struttura è parecchio datata, ho evidenziato che durante il soggiorno eseguivano costantemente lavori di manutenzione che non andava assolutamente a disturbare la tranquillità, ho avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente che è stato risolto subito Nel complesso le persone sono gentili, professionali e molto disponibili

We were looking forward to breakfast as we saw some good reviews about choice etc - however what we found was it was appalling - in all my years of travel I’ve never experienced anything as unpalatable as breakfast here!! Greasy omelettes, cold food that was in hot plates, very little choice, salad and fruit were ‘arranged’ on plates (looked like it had been thrown on) bread and rolls choice were okay as was the coffee and cold drink selection, the pastries were probably the best thing about breakfast. Renovations were underway - no spa Room was tired, it lacked the facilities one would expect in a 4* if mobility issues this hotel is not for you! The two positives - the staff were polite and helpful and the biggest positive was we got to spend some precious mum and daughter time together 🤎

My partner and I didn’t stay here but we popped in several times for drinks to watch the sunset. Understandably, they don’t serve alcohol until early evening during Ramadan but are happy for you to use the pool out of season. Drinks are reasonably priced and come with popcorn, olives or mini tapas. Friendly bar staff and a clean bar, lounge and pool!
