Idéalement situé à proximité de la baie d’Agadir. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul bémol : piscine non chauffée et le manque d’insonorisation au niveau des ouvertures.

Hotel di stile internazionale provvisto di smpi spazi interni sontuodamente arredati con comodi divani in pelle. Ben due acensori collegano i 6 piani di camere ampie e confortevoli. La colazione e' all' americana a buffet.

I will get straight to the point. Location is great walking distance to beach. Apart from that everything else is horrible and the so called 4 star hotel is by far not a 4 star. I would give 1 star just for the location and view from balcony in room. The rooms are outdated and not to a reasonable standard with socket fixtures broken, cracks in the wall and floors with dust or marks that look like dust, not very appealing. The worst comes in the bathroom toilet area, what can I say, definitely 0 star for this. Please see my attached photos that I took. The toilet had a really bad smell coming from it, maybe the water not sure bur again not easy to use due to the smell. The towels were ripped, shower head and curtain rail had rust all over them. The hair dryer in the washroom was I don't know maybe a 1960s hair dryer that barely blew out hot hair. I could go on and on. It was a terrible stay that I had to cut short to 1 night and rebook another hotel. Even after asking reception about a different room to be moved into to give them the benefit of doubt, the response was all our rooms are like this. Going onto the breakfast which was included for the 1 night I stayed again was poor. The bread was stale so was most of the dry stuff and fruit which I guess was used each morning for breakfast without checking the quality of food. Only good part was the fresh omelets and type of morrocon bread (misimin) that was made by the women. The coffee machine has had its days not dispensing any coffee but just hot milk or water. So breakfast isn't worth it overall. I read mixed reviews before booking here with some saying it's actually not bad at all and they don't understand why people are leaving low score reviews, they are totally confused in my eyes because you have to understand that this hotel is advertising as a 4 star and to get a 1 star service is like being robbed. So I would advise anyone looking to boom this hotel to avoid it. There are plenty better hotels in same area for same price or less. It's time the owners pulled their socks up and had a total renovation. Not to mention the pool area and seating, the seating were dirty and outdated and worn. The swimming pool not in use with the water being cleaned out. Overall a waste of money and 1 night. Got my holiday off to a horrible start. I've tried to upload photos but for some reason it is not letting me. I will try and find a way to get these uploaded as it's only fair for customers to make a sound judgement on where they stay and not be robbed from a place like this which I felt I was and I wouldn't want some other couple, group or family to experience the same issues.

Toutes les personnes travaillant dans cet hôtel sont très accueillantes et à votre écoute pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible, de la piscine à la reception jusqu'au directeur. Impeccable pour la netteté de la chambre ( très confortable au passage). L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait ( un escalier descend direct côté plage) Un grand merci special à Omar au Top!

a ubicación es excelente. Los trabajadores son muy amables y atentos. El único problema inaceptable es que no informan a los clientes antes de hacer la reserva de que el hotel está realizando reformas y reparaciones. Hay mucho polvo. El sonido de las piedras rompiéndose y el ruido de las máquinas perforadoras en el muro comienza desde las 9 de la mañana hasta las 8:30 de la noche.Es mejor evitar las reservas que no se puedan cambiar o cancelar antes de reservar.Aquí está la estafa.Cuando llegues al hotel sorpresa En la pared hay un anuncio que dice: “Pedimos disculpas a nuestros clientes por las molestias ocasionadas por los trabajos de mantenimiento del hotel del 01/01/2025 al 01/03/2025”. Esto es incorrecto.o más En este caso no se puede cancelar la reserva porque la reserva no permite cambios ni cancelaciones. Esto me pasó a mí.Me vi obligado a aceptar la situación y soportar el polvo, el ruido de las máquinas perforadoras y el de los trabajadores de mantenimiento. Me estafaron y tuve que aceptar la situación.

This hotel is a 2* at best. And, this is reflected in the price. Staff try their best under the circumstances. Breakfast is the same everyday and the hot food was served cold. Lots of bread, cakes and pastries on offer. There is an omelette station for hot eggs of choice. Ended up just having the coffee and tea. There was so much noise in the early hours from the night club next door! Revellers made so much noise with motorcycles revving at that time making it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. I slept for 10 solid hours the first night out of that hotel - that goes to show how sleep deprived I was! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms - not in the room that I in. Reception staff promised to move me to a room with better reception but this did not happen for the week I was there. There are renovation works going on at the hotel on some of the floors. This was not intrusive though the works carried on until 9pm on some days. The rooms are a good size. But the shower was a weapon in its own right!!! The water pressure was too much and some of the nozzles were blocked. Just needed descaling but the technician thought it was ok… This could have been because of the language barrier. Majority of the staff do not speak English. The hotel’s location is very ideal. Close to the beach and the bus terminus is across the road. The staff are amazing: Mr Saad, the manager, Mr Ibrahim, Mr Ali, Mr Hassan, Mrs Aziza who cleaned my room, all made the stay worthwhile.
