Decent but not fantastic

Poor is probably a little harsh more a 2.5. So where to start. Surprise guests in our room whilst in bed. They came through an unlocked interconnecting door. No apology from hotel, they couldnt find the key to lock the door for 45 minutes. Now I am on holiday with my daughter....luckily didnt have a different ending. So pool:- Its ok, at least they try. Seagulls are an absoloute nightmare. Sh!t flying out the sky. If I said Hitchcocks " The Birds" Bring an umbrella... They are also free to and we saw lots of it bird poo in the pool... Other hotels, I noticed they have some sort of screen to stop them flying in. Charged a deposit for a towel really in todays world ??? Rooms are very good to be fair. Food:- Well considering its quite a british hotel... The food is shocking..how many ways can they serve a chicken nugget at lunch and Dinner. Plain pasta....with not even a dolmio All food is cold at best... If you like your carbs....fill your boots. Even the soup is shocking. Now, this is also heavily French hotel.. No French gastronomy here. Breakfast....pretty much if you dont like an egg....you have had it. Boiled, fried, scrambled. ...omlettes are a secret. Lots of bread available... BRING YOUR OWN GLASS FOR DRINKS OR COFFEE. Maybe stock up on some snacks...No water in room Just an empty fridge with 2 milk portions in They are small and not sure how clean they are...all drinks served in wine glasses. Bad quality unbranded spirits...god knows whats in them...stick to the beer....its bottled and sealed. Tried tipping to see if service improved....not really. A little less eye rolling... Now we did only pay £300 each but if this is the standard...I looked and they can charge 1000 a week. Think again for your bucks. Egypt is by far better value. Now the food quality shouldnt change as We have spoken to people who have paid upward of 500 each...so they must be well and truely miffed. This is the 12th Jan Lastly :- animation team They are courteous and polite and work hard with the tools they have. Tonights "white party" Not one guest in white as no one knew . Tui and the Management You need to sort this out. So many choices and places...

We had such an enjoyable family stay. Animation team friendly and welcoming. All staff friendly. Facilities fantastic. Clean rooms. Cleaned everyday. Entertaining for the children. Great evening entertainment. Location great. Cross over the road to a lovely beach promenade. Easy walk to shops/cafes. Croc park great day out. Nice breakfast food choices. We didn’t want to come home. Not so good-

Hello everyone I fancied having my 70th birthday away from uk and saw a very reasonable priced trip to Agadir Morocco so I booked for myself and better half, We booked gatwick long stay car park separately at a discounted rate M26 onto M25 was very slow luckily we had left in plenty of time At the airport we had no problems even managing a very expensive breakfast in the cafe upstairs , What a ripoff then we’re always miles away from the departure gate my knees hurting like hell by the time I sat on the plane, Flight was smooth and only 3.5 hours ish on arrival at Agadir airport had the usual hassle getting through passport control then another walk to the waiting coach for the 45 min drive to the hotel Had the usual chaos everyone booking into the hotel at once but within half hour we were in our room luggage arrived a few minutes later, Rooms were clean and spacious, balcony door wouldn’t lock but minor problem, Beds are a bit on the hard side for me, If you like different salads this is the place to go warm choices were beef, chicken ,fish and tagines Oh there were pasta dishes also, overall the food was fairly good but we’re happy experimenting and trying different foods. Pool area was busy and getting sun loungers was fun, towels were going on from 0700hrs reserving the best spots. The bar area was not big enough not enough seating. All staff were friendly and helpful Overall a very nice stay.
