On booking we looked at the reviews and were alittle apprehensive about the hotel. I don’t no where all these people have been staying but this hotel is very good. Yes it is dated, yes it could do alittle work but it is cheap but clean and comfortable. The rooms are traditional, spacious. We did have an issue with our door to the balcony not closing but this was fixed immediately and with no fuss. All the staff are friendly and work so so hard, some of the guests were giving them a hard time but treat people with respect and that’s what you get in return! The pool is great for younger kids, it’s split off so they can only go the shallow area, and what we found is that there were plenty of floats that they could use without having to go and buy more! Everyone who we spoke to was friendly, we made some really great people out there. The entertainment was great - and the animation team work so hard. This is our second time in Agadir, first to this hotel. Last time we stayed at a 5* hotel and I would say I enjoyed this much better. The food is great, I don’t know what people have been eating but there is something for everyone. There was only one evening where I didn’t really like the food but I still ate something. There is shops onsite where you can buy all different things ie bags, trainers, jewellery, clothes. There is also a shop onsite for snacks, reasonably priced and a tip for you. If you are staying here, don’t change any money. Bring £ with you and change at the shop you get a much better rate than the airport. There is also a cash machine on site with only a small charge but this is the same for any cash machine you use - so don’t worry. But bring cash with you. The cleaners are lovely , they will look after you and bring fresh towels if requested . The rooms are safe you can leave items out and they won’t go missing, we left all different things and nothing got taken. On leaving if you have a late flight time you can pay to keep your room which is roughly £23 and you have that until 6pm ask reception they are fine. This hotel is in a great location, we stayed further out of town last time. You are within walking distance to the beach, shops. Do go out and see what Morocco has to offer, there are some really beautiful places. Please please give this hotel a chance you won’t be disappointed, if you are wanting a cheap get away, it is a little gem and we have already booked to go back in March.

Definitely get what you paid for. Keep your expectations low especially when it comes to the rooms. Entertainment was great, it is not far from the market, 5 mins walk to the beach.Food is not that great but it's a 3*. Like any other place, tip the bar staff to make life easier. WiFi in reception only or at the bars. Like I said keep your expectations low. The night life is soooo great, there is a club right next door, blacklist is 15 mins walk, and Naya is 20 mins walk. They are great!!

1 seul mot = dégueulasse 🤢🤢🤢hôtel en ruine, mal entretenu, ménage inexistant, buffet bof bof même si varié. Réception désagréable, pour le reste du personnel, c'est OK. Tres bruyant. Bref à fuir. Seul point positif c'est l emplacement.

I can't understand why Love holidays still advertise this hotel. it was absolute disaster . The first day I was ready to check out .We were told that we would have to pay for another hotel and claim a refund on this hotel. The food was shocking hardly any choice. Not suitable for disabled . wi-fi in reception only
