Hotel Riu Tikida Beach - All Inclusive Adults Only

Belle découverte du Tikida Beach! Nous avons déjà séjourné au Dunas et au Tikida Palace et bien le Beach est vraiment notre préféré ! Nous sommes arrivés à 11 et l’accueil a été parfait . Chaque jour nous avions une table préparée et un service agréable . Vraiment merci au personnel pour toutes ces attentions. Le sourire est omniprésent et le personnel est attentif et très serviable. On se sent très bien dans cet hôtel ! Accueil, chambre, espaces extérieurs et intérieurs , tout est très agréable. Belle décoration, beaucoup d’espace et impression de calme. Le buffet est vraiment bien et se renouvelle chaque soir. Un peu moins de choix le midi mais quand même bien. Les salles de restauration ne sont pas trop bruyantes, ce qui est rare ! Le spa et les massages sont très bien également ! La chambre vue mer est au top! Bref je recommande tout à fait ! Merci

Just returned from a week away with my wife. Hotel and amenities warrant the 4* rating. We had a slightly issue the first evening as our room was directly above the nightclub. Not the hotels fault but they offered a new room with no problem at all. Found staff very polite and respectful in general. You reap what you sow in that regards, be kind and you will be treated kindly. Food was good generally, its a bit same same but that's all inclusive for you, expectations need to be lower if you're expecting a totally different variety each day. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss we are a bit younger so would say for us didn't really appeal but was still enjoyable to watch with a couple of drinks. On the whole we really enjoyed our time in Morocco, the place seems to be riding on a bit of a high with them hosting the FIFA world cup in 2030. Felt really safe and welcomed in Agadir and the weather was really good. Thank you to all the RIU staff.

Hotel & staff very good not a lot to do in resort lots of food looks amazing but very bland & monotonous ok if your a fish lover 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ it's ok for a wk if you want to do nothing at all weather not to good but that can't be helped over all ok nothing brilliant

This hotel cannot be (legitimately) faulted. The hotel its self is stylish, well maintained and excellently ran. It’s in a prime location and is excellent value for money. We stayed in Room 92, which is spacious and kept very clean by the lovely housekeeper (Latifa) Our fridge and tea and coffee facilities were topped up regularly. With regards to people complaining about space by the pool, never experienced this once- despite it being clear a number of guests were up at the crack of dawn (or left their towels on beds overnight!) Wide range of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner- again, anyone who says that it wasn’t varied, I have no idea what hotel they visited! Maybe they just stuck to the Burger and chips! However, what deserves a special mention are the staff, particularly the waiting on staff- wish could remember all their names, would hate to miss anyone out. They cannot be faulted. They’re attentive, helpful and simply cannot do enough. Everything done with a smile. Yes, we tipped, you should, they have earned their wages and more. However, all staff, housekeepers, bar staff, porters etc, excellent. The hotel is certainly worth a visit if you’re looking for quality and a relax, you won’t find better.

2nd visit to this outstanding hotel. All staff so helpful and friendly. We were in room 902 beach front and daughters in room 904. Very spacious. This visit I was in wheelchair due to stroke. I managed very well in my wheelchair, even in bathroom was able to turn chair. These rooms directly face ocean, spacious terrace with 2 sun beds, table & chairs. The food is outstanding. Very healthy & beautifully presented for all meals. I do not understand anyone finding fault (and I am a decent cook who appreciates healthy food, not junk)! I could praise this hotel all day! We will most definitely be back. Grateful thanks to every member of staff, from army of cleaners, waiting staff to reception. You all deserve a medal and wage increase! I have been to this hotel several times now and it just gets better and better each time, all of the staff are very professional and courteous and nothing is too much trouble, the room was very spacious and it was cleaned every day also the bedding and towels were changed every day, the fridge is also stocked each day. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, overall this hotel is well worth a visit, as for me I will be returning asap.

Arrived very late. Had booked and paid for a room with a balcony or terrace. We were allocated room 121. No balcony or terrace a tiny window overlooking a service area. No drinks in the fridge just 1 bottle of luke warm water. No welcome drinks. Off we went to reception was basically told tough stick it out and we'll try and find you a room in the morning. So obviously not the greatest 1st impression for a four star hotel. The next day we were allocated room 206 overlooking the pool and were told it was an upgrade that we wouldn't be charged for !!! It was in fact what we should have been allocated in the first instance. The room was OK but not the cleanest sweet wrappers under the bed that certainly weren't ours. Very dusty light bulbs missing but hey ho it was better than the 1st room. Service It wasn't the greatest breakfast was pretty much sort your self out. If you wanted coffee it was pretty much chase a waiter to get any and when you did it was often luke warm. If you don't drink black coffee you soon will. Milk again was another mission. Food was plentiful and a decent choice. But bread and pastries were very stale. All on all the food wasn't the greatest we find ourselves eating some strange combinations. Pools Be prepared to get up early to get sunbeds. In our 10 days there we only witnessed the pools been cleaned once Entertainment Bearing in mind although we are only 50s we found the Entertainment geared towards the many older folk. It's a hotel with a vast amount of older clients think walkers wheelchairs and walking sticks. Early Entertainment was very like a Blackpool ballroom with staff helping customers in and out of their seats. I do believe later Entertainment may have got a little better but only so much ballroom dancing we could sit through. The French guests are very much favoured here. We even witnessed them being served their drinks down on the beach but not to other guests. The fizzy drinks and water around the pool are lukewarm and flat. We used to go up to the main bar to ensure a cold drink. The cocktails are very limited but my husband said the beer was OK. We were given a half hour slot to change in on last day...it was filthy. The two a la carts were OK but again nothing brilliant. I've never heard of braising steak being described as beef tenderloin before :) Location. Was brilliant as was the weather. Would we return...its a definite no. Having previously visited the tikida Palace this one was such a disappointment they are a million miles apart in terms of food and service
