The staff were friendly and helpful and were promt in keeping the hotel clean and new how to have a banter I would re book when I come again cheap and cheerful

I had a very bad experience as there was no service at all. Cockroaches welcomed me on entering my door and I had to get them changed. None of the 4 rooms had any towels, toilet paper, soap, shower gel. The shower head was completely broken and the water stopped coming on the third day. And then there was no hot water in one room for all 3 nights and four of us were forced to use the one shower. They have 50 amenities listed but barely 5 are operational. I have never had such a bad experience in my life and I'll recommend to find better hotels around this place which are value for money

Very bad service the room is very dirty nothing in the room no shampoo no towers too much crack inside the room too ugly too noisy very bad I don't like at all was the worst time I spend it in my life

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to beach and walking distance to many restaurants and small shops.  Apartment was very basic which is fine as we had not paid much. However… we had to ask reception for towels and a cooker as they were missing. The bedding was  not very clean and had many mud marks, dust and small hairs. The floor looked liked a dirty mop had been used on it. Apartment is in need of a refurbished but on a big positive the beds were very comfy. Pool was pleasant to lay by.

Quelle horreur cet hôtel ! Nous avons attrapé des punaises de lit ! L'hôtel et notamment les chambres, ont besoin d'être rénovés et nettoyés. Heureusement que c'est bien placée à Agadir et que le personnel est sympa Ceci la dit, nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement Beaucoup de déception

Hotel is in good location very near to the beach, staff were friendly and no real problems with the room, I didn't eat in the hotel so I'm not sure what the food was like but would I stay again, might do but it was a bit of a trek to the room.

Dès notre arrivée, on trouve qu'il n ya pas d'appartement disponible, on nous propose deux studios sachant qu'on est deux adultes et deux enfants un de 10 ans et l'autre de 2 ans. Alors qu'à la réservation on a bien choisi un appartement. Après 3 nuits il nous trouve enfin un appartement où l'évier est bouché, plusieurs lampes qui ne marchaient pas , beaucoup de cafards. On réclamait cela chaque jour pour réparation.... Mais rien. Aucune communication, aucune réactivité. On a réclamé à la femme de ménage, au agents de la réception à chaque fois, et chaque jours, (sachant qu'on a réservé 10 nuits) et toujours rien. On a quitté l'hôtel aujourd'hui et rien de cela n'a été réparé. Service nul. Propreté zéro Communication zéro Et équipements n'en parlant pas. Je ne le recommande pas.

De mensen die in het hotel werken zijn heel lief en behulpzaam (behalve bij de receptie). Helaas is het boekingssysteem verouderd, waardoor het voor het personeel onduidelijk lijkt welke kamers vrij en schoon zijn. Wij en vele andere gasten hadden helaas te maken met overboeking. Wij moesten daardoor tijdens ons 5 daagse verblijf 3 maal verhuizen. De kamers zijn basic, maar in orde. Desgewenst kan er extra schoongemaakt worden, wij kozen ervoor zelf extra schoonmaakmiddelen en toiletpapier te kopen. Er liepen wel veel mieren overal (in alle kamers waar wij geweest zijn). Ligging is mooi, dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en de promenade langs de kust. Helaas grenzen enkele kamers aan 2 bars/restaurants die tot ca 03:00 zeer luide live muziek spelen. Deze kamers dienen mijns inziens gesloten te worden voor mensen die het hotel bezoeken om ook te slapen. Slapen is in deze kamers onmogelijk.
