Sahara Hotel Agadir - Adults Only

There’s something rather grubby and a more than a little bit sleazy about this hotel. It attracts mostly Arabic males who sleep during the day and party from 2am until lunchtime - in the local night clubs to begin with, but from 5.30am each morning the entire hotel vibrates with the music emanating from numerous bedroom afterpartys - young Moroccan girls run between rooms whilst empty spirit bottles and overflowing ash trays pile up outside in the corridors. I have spent the past three nights here with my partner and his parents and we’ve tried our best to to see the funny side of things, but thank goodness we’re checking out in an hours time and moving on to another hotel further up the coast. We’ve seen a few unwitting European couples who have taken the adults only description to mean peace and relaxation in a child free environment - this really isn’t the case and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of staying at the Sahara to look beyond what it says in their website and make sure what it’s offering is definitely what they’re looking for. The entire hotel is tired and worn. Breakfast is meagre and not to my taste. Swimming pool clean and in good condition. Staff on the whole are friendly and keen to please.

Was ist nur aus dem Hotel geworden? Abgewohnt, schmutzig und laut, Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe mit meiner Frau dieses Hotel immer sehr gerne besucht. Es gehörte mal der Schwester/Kind des Königs, da war alles bestens, aber jetzt? Ich würde niemanden mehr dieses Haus empfehlen. Leider.

AVOID IF YOU CAN! Stayed here from the 14th-17th and left absolutely disgusted as the room cleaner has decided to help themselves to my friends Christian Dior t-shirt. Beats by Dre earphones and the charging power bank! Hotel staff completely uninterested and unhelpful. BEWARE AND TAKE CAUTION WHEN STAYING HERE!!

Franchement en dessous de tout: un personnel pléthorique mais absolument incompétent et mal embouché, ne parlant pas le français pour la plupart. La première impression est sinistre: un hall en marbre obscur mal éclaire et lá-bas derriere un comptoir deux ou trois cerbères au regard peu amène de fonctionnaires soviétiques. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres malgré une température exterieure de 10 degrés la nuit en un air glacial qui s'infiltre par des fenêtres qui ne sont pas étanches. L'eau chaude fait défaut au moment crucial et le petit déjeuner propose des mini-croissants rassis de l'avant-veille. Sur ce point c'est discipline militaire: arrivés en sale a 10 heures moins cinq, le service était déja désinstallé. Il a fallu crier pour obtenir quelques malheureuses viennoiseries. Partis en promenade pour la journées, nous découvrons que passées 20 heures, la chambre n'était toujours pas faite! Plainte à la réception qui nous dit "que nous aurions du solliciter le service de housekeeping" Ah oui? C'est une option? . Conclusion: une qualité de service qui ferait honte aux Thénardier du roman de Victor Hugo.L'impression d'être les seuls clients de l'hôtel tant les parties communes étaient désertes en permanence. A se demander quel est l'organisme qui octroie les étoiles au Maroc.

This is not a 5-star hotel, or a 4-star hotel depending on what website you have seen their rating on. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I once stayed at an active construction site. The staff are useless, the rooms are dirty, uncomfortable and smell weird. When we arrived the power didn't work in our rooms and when it finally was "fixed" the internet wasn't working for the duration of our stay. We booked for a four-night stay at the Sahara and left after 12 hours of no sleep. Not only is there a nightclub in the hotel that you can hear in every room but the other guests also decided to have a hallway party that the staff said there was nothing they could do about. This is an awful hotel and if you book here you will want to leave. Save your money and book elsewhere

Ottima struttura molto grande con una hall addirittura esagerata e dal costo alto per la media di agadir.. Io avevo una junior suite che si trova davanti alla piscina, La camera è molto grande e parliamo di circa 60 m² con un bagno spaventoso, Penso più grande che abbia mai visto in una camera d’hotel.. È vero confermo quello che ho letto da alcune recensioni un hotel specifico per i sauditi, E visto la vicinanza a i tanti night club Non lo raccomando a coppie ma bensì ad amici ottimo per i single.. Attenzione da segnalare la discoteca che ogni sera gestisce gli after di Agadir, ergo Dalle quattro fino alle otto del mattino c’è un forte rumore dovuto a Musica e persone che si sballano.. Trovare un’ottima posizione ad agadir è un po’ difficile ma questo hotel e sicuramente in un ottima posizione
