The stay was very comfortable. The attention from the management, especially Mr. Khaled, made me feel as if I was in my home and not in a hotel. The breakfast was more than excellent.

Honnêtement c est mon 6 ème hôtel et voilà enfin la classe, top des tops arrêtez avec vos faux commentaires je m appelle reda benzora je suis comédien et bravo à vous pour cette splendide oeuvre d arts,on appelle ça un hôtel tenu par des mains de maître 💪💪💪🇲🇦 je recommande pas je vous oblige si vous venez à Agadir

تجربة سيئة، لا ننصح بالتعامل معهم استغلال و فرض شروط لا تتناسب مع النظام ولا مع حقوق الزوار، التعامل الطيب واجب أخلاقي وللحفاظ على الزبون يجب إعادة النظر في الفريق العامل وتدريبهم وتحذيرهم من ازعاج النزلاء

للأسف، كانت تجربتي غير موفقة في هذا الفندق. بعد أن أُبلغنا بأن السبا قيد التطوير، طُلب منا دفع مبلغ مقابل خدمات الحمام والمساج مع وعد بنقلنا إلى مكان آخر بمستوى مشابه. لكن ما حصل فعلياً هو نقلنا إلى مكان شعبي يفتقر إلى النظافة والمواصفات المتفق عليها. حاولنا استرجاع المبلغ أو إلغاء الحجز، لكن لم نتلق أي استجابة إيجابية. ما زاد من استيائنا هو تعامل بعض الموظفين، تحديداً إحدى الموظفات في قسم الاستعلامات وشخص يُدعى عزيز، حيث شعرنا بعدم الشفافية في التعامل، مما جعلنا نشعر وكأننا تعرضنا للاستغلال. أنصح بالحذر والتأكد من كل التفاصيل قبل الحجز.

The majority of the hotel was undergoing renovation, including the spa. The hotel was therefore almost empty with only rooms on the first floor, to the front of the hotel appearing occupied. We checked in at 9.30pm and were given a corner room on the first floor. The room was spacious but had seen better days with furniture stained and marked. The room had no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes, so we had to use the two huge velvet couches in one corner of the room as a makeshift wardrobe. These couches had also seen better days and were covered in multiple cigarette burns. There was a spacious terrace to the side. We left for a walk along the beach area and returned around midnight to find loud music coming up through the floor of our room. This music increased in volume and around 2pm I contacted reception who advised they would ask the nightclub to turn the music down, this didn’t happen and I called reception again asking for another room. The night manager came up and showed me two other rooms at the other end of the corridor. The music was just as loud and that was because there was a nightclub at the other side of the hotel too. The loud thump of the bass reverberated through the whole corridor so there was no escaping it. The night manager advised both nightclubs were open 7 days a week, till 5am, and that the rooms in the middle of the corridor were the least noisy and that he would move us to one of those in the morning. The next morning, reception advised the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available until the following day. We couldn’t bear another night of the noise or feeling the thumping bass while in bed, so we booked into the Iberostar Waves for the remainder of our stay. The Prestige have apologised but refused to refund me for the nights we didn’t stay. Whilst we were only there a short time, we only saw a few other guests and it seemed there were more staff hovering around watching you which made it feel slightly creepy. As mentioned in other reviews the hotel is a faded beauty and we were prepared for this but having no sleep for all of our holiday was non negotiable.

AVOID!!! I went to stay here with my boyfriend in March, upon arrival they told us they didn’t have our booking and they were fully booked so we were stranded at 11pm at night and had to find somewhere else to stay. We contacted the site we booked through and were told by them that the hotel itself had blacklisted us and cancelled our booking! We have never stayed here before or even in Agadir so this makes no sense. My boyfriend wrote a review a couple days ago and the hotel has responded that he was blacklisted because on a previous stay he was bringing girls around and playing loud music?? They’re blatantly lying as we have both never been to Morocco. This hotel is a scam and they cancel your booking for no reason. Avoid this place and book elsewhere!

Super bruyant. Boîtes de nuit à droite, à gauche et en face. Reveil assuré à 5h du matin. Et plus de dodo à partir de 23 h. Petit déjeuner sommaire et café tres dilué. La machine à jus est sale. En dehors de cela, le personnel est sympa...........sans intérêt

They are liars and will take your money at the first chance they get. They have a reputation of "not having peoples bookings" and then being "fully booked". I arrived at the Hotel and was told that they did not have my booking and were fully booked. My partner and I then had find another hotel at almost midnight. They also told me that the third party company I had used to book the room was "blacklisted". I reached out to the third party company I used to book the room and they told me that the Hotel did indeed have my booking but had cancelled my booking and had "blacklisted" because of "issues during my stay". I'd like to just reiterate - I never stayed at the Hotel, my partner and I were pretty much told to "look elsewhere" as they did not have my booking and were fully booked. I posted a review on another site and they responded saying "Following multiple incidents during your stay - specifically your disrespectful attitude toward staff, bringing girls to the hotel at night, and playing loud music that disturbed other guests you have been permanently blacklisted from our establishment". It made me chuckle as they are just lying through their teeth and listing any issue they can think of! I was with my partner and we never even stayed there! I'm not sure if they are running some sort of scam or are just incompetent liars but looking at other reviews it looks like they have a reputation of doing this. Learn from my mistake, do lots of research and book a much more reputable hotel. And make sure to not book anything that's "non-refundable" as I have still yet to receive a refund, even though I did not cancel the booking, the Hotel did and for a completely made-up reason.

Lors de notre arrivée à l’Hotel Prestige Agadir Boutique & Spa vers les 10h30 le réceptionniste nous a demandé de patienter jusqu’à 15h pour le Chek-in ; Il nous a demandé de laisser nos bagages dans le hall de réception , nous a fourni un code WIFI qui ne marchait pas et d’ailleurs ne marchera jamais ; Nous nous sommes baladés au bord de mer, avons déjeuné dans un petit resto et rentré à l’hôtel vers les 14h ou nous avons patienté au bar ; vers 15h15 je suis allé vers le réceptionniste qui m’a demandé de patienter encore 1h ; Vers 16h je réessaye et là le réceptionniste m’annonce que ma réservation a été annulé par notre agence ! Aussitôt je j'appelle mon agence qui m’indique contacter TUI ; Après divers appels à 18h30 une jeune dame nous dit qu’elle a trouvé une chambre ; (Pendant tout ce temps d’autres clients de l’hôtel nous ont dit avoir le même soucis la veille et pour certains avoir récupérér une chambre double pour 4 personnes sans matelas supplémentaire...) Nous avons donc récupéré une chambre qui était dans un état lamentable, pas de ménage de fait, une serviette pour deux, un misérable petit échantillon de shampoing pour deux et visiblement les draps n’étaient pas changés ! photos disponibles. je ne parle as du bruit toute la nuit provenant des discothèques qui entourent l'hôtel Pour le dîner c’était du même acabit, aucun accueil, tables sales et buffet juste désolant (4 salades en entrée, un choix entre un plat de viande en sauce et un de poisson en sauce sans indications de ce que c'était) Quand au dessert il n’y en avait plus alors que le restaurant affiché au maximum 20 pers.) Au petit déjeuner rebelote, tables, chaises non nettoyés, machine à café en panne, pas d’assiettes...) Le soir même à nouveau une très mauvaise expérience culinaire au restaurant, pas de buffet mais un menu avec 2 choix, potage sans saveurs, crudités non assaisonnées Kefta arrivés froides et juste passés au micro-onde pour les réchauffer et non-respect des garnitures, et je vous renvoie aux photos pour l’assiette de fruits exotiques vantés. nous avons changé d'hôtel le 3iem jour!

HORRÍVEL GRANDE SCAM passamos uma semana lá e todos os dias vinha uma má surpresa. chegamos ao hotel e não havia camas para os meus filhos, tivemos que esperar até à meia noite para trazerem UMA cama apenas sendo que eram duas crianças. comida horrível, o staff é do pior que há! o pessoal da recepção mal educado, não sabem falar inglês e um cheiro a tabaco nojento lá. é um nunca mais. quarto com baratas, havia dias que não o limpavam porque supostamente precisávamos de estar lá… enfim péssimo

This is an amazing hotel!!! PLEASE don’t take any notice of the bad reviews on this site. And I am NOT being paid to write this. Breakfast is REALLY good. Good selection - hot food kept hot - pastries - cereal - fruit - omelettes to order, etc. We were half board - and the same is true of dinner. Really tasty with lots of choice. We also used the spa - and were treated SO well. The most relaxing hammam and massage. All staff were really polite and helpful. I cant recommend this hotel more highly :)

Tout sauf un 5 étoiles,on avait réservé une suite avec jacuzzi.Le jacuzzi était une baignoire salle et inutilisable,la propreté dans la chambre laissait à désirer,le mini bar était un frigo vide qui ne fonctionnait pas,plusieurs désagréments l’eau était parfois chaude avec des variations de pression constantes,la baie vitrée ne fonctionnait pas etc..tous les jours je demandais à voir un responsable qui au final je n’ai jamais vu..Hôtel à éviter,grosse arnaque

Lovely trip . Prestige hotel & the staff was very good & very considerate. Specially the receptionist Rim Tawfig was excellent very polite & helpful. She even guided us through our tours. Would love to come back. I really dont know why people gave negative comments about the hotel its very nice.
