Things went wrong from the moment I was checking in. I booked the executive King room at 32m and they attempted to get me to accept a tiny room in the corner of the building. When I asked for the correct room. The Gaslight was turned on. Dishonest or a scam. Hard know which because their slaves are DEI hires. D = Dumb E = elderly I = Ignorant. Won't stay here ever again. MINIBAR was a huge joke. See photos.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Night life and food is at the front door. Only a 5 minutes walk to Rundle Mall. Rooms with 2 big beds. Would definitely be back again!

酒店比較舊，裝修傢俱都有年頭了。房間裏面空調和冰箱的聲音都非常非常大，開着是無法入睡的，我們衹好全部關掉才能睡着。房間不提供拖鞋/牙刷等基本用品，不確定單獨去要會不會給，因為我們自己帶了，就沒有去要。早餐九點半結束，偏早，並且入住時候前台不會明説，房間裏也沒有任何説明早餐到幾點結束，需要自行去前台詢問。走廊遇到所有服務人員都不跟客人打招呼，體驗感很差。我們預訂了4天，但是由於對房間衞生以及環境各方面都不滿意申請退掉未住的3天，酒店拒絕，並且堅持如果退訂他們會多收一天的房費作為賠償金。但是期間攜程工作人員一直有積極協調，我們十分感謝。最後，酒店入住率很低，希望大家能避雷.
