Perfect service and amenities! Good location and cleanliness. Also dinner was good.

Все было хорошо, чисто. Завтрак стандартный, континентальный. Единственное - по-моему, мало туалетов и душевых.

Very good service (+ there is a vending machine inside), near CBD, and easy to access.

I stayed there for about 10 days.. very nice environment ... always tidy and clean ... the staff is always friendly and kind .. thank you ;)

Stay was good and amazing. Location is quite closer to University of Adelaide.

The bed sheet was mould. Is good to have storage with your bed but I did not use it as too big and not very convenient to have it. The restroom is on the corridor of the floor and clean all the time when I use The location is very close to public transport and walking distance to flinder street.

Basecamp Hostel is a good place with a welcoming structure, but there are a few things that could be improved. I’ve stayed here a couple of times before, but they didn’t consider my request to stay in the same room. Some other guests had issues with the air conditioning in their room, which wasn’t working quite inconvenient for them. Additionally, towels are locked, and you can’t take one yourself. Having access to only one towel per day is not enough. I also asked if they could store a suitcase for about a month while I traveled to Bali, but they said no. I think the hostel could be more flexible and offer additional services, especially for returning guests. Overall, it was a positive experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer care and amenities.

Went to Adelaide for trip and they had a better costs than other places that I looked. The place is clean and the amenities were fantastic but only issue is that having only 3 bathrooms for the amount of guests was a let down

Amazing staff and service!! Value to money unbeatable. Facility facilitates getting in touch with kind people. You'd be around very quick, but still it'll take some time to certain places. The airport is close. The neighborhood didn't feel too safe at night, but I suppose it's because it is the City Center. Therefore the security measures in the hostel are extremely good. If you have concerns or get harassed the staff is often around and might offer quick help. I'd definitely choose it again if I want to stay in the CBD.
