"2nd visit to this amazing hotel. Definitely recommend it if you want the full pamper and luxury experience from your holiday. Ideal location, rooms are spacious and well equipped, we had a ground floor terrace and it’s so nice to either sit on your own terrace that also has sunbeds or sit by the pool. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds available all day long, pools are lovely and warm and clean. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you and really add to the experience. We emailed the hotel prior to our visit and they booked all our A’la carte restaurants for us, even offered to book them for the whole 10 days should we wish. We have already done two and they were perfect. Will definitely be making a return visit in the future."

"Absolutely terrible, avoid this hotel!!! A five-star hotel that cost me 4000 RMB (almost 500 Euros) had hair in the sink when I checked in—it was awful. The worst part is they don't provide blankets, just a thin one. I asked the staff, and they didn't know anything about comforters. I had to contact the front desk several times before they finally gave me a dirty, old-fashioned blanket. I had to sleep in my pants and down jacket; otherwise, I couldn't sleep at all. The room facilities are extremely outdated. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. This lousy hotel isn't worth the price at all. I really want to complain to the Tenerife Tourism Authority and get a refund! A refund! A refund!"

"It's just as good as a 4-star hotel. The only downside is the bed; it was comfortable, but they could provide a larger double bed, as it's two single beds with a rather thin mattress. Otherwise, the facilities are fantastic."
