"The receptionist literally cut me off while I was explaining and just shouted “Listen!” at me — super rude.We didn’t have any drinking water in the room for two days, only expensive bottled ones for sale. Honestly, that just feels a bit aggressive.When we asked if the snacks were chargeable, she snapped back like, “Isn’t that just common sense?”There was zero sense of service or respect, and honestly, it even felt like we were being treated differently."

"Second time at this hotel adults only. First thing that hits you is the friendliness of staff. Feels like you’ve come to a much smaller family home. Food has improved over the past year and if you like fresh fish and seafood particularly Wednesday and Thursday then you’re in for a treat. Always cleaning hotel is spotless. Visit La Caleta 20 min walk up the coast. There is a lack of bars for a drink, but if you go left back towards Del duque area couple down there nice and chilled. All in all lovely place and we will return. Special mention in the bar area for Wilson Franco and Salvo. Andrew and Ivan on reception and Joaquim in the restaurant all a credit to this hotel."

"Arrived late at night the room was not as advertised with jet2 we spoke to reception and as it was midnight we had to come back the next day as we were told no rooms however we found out later that there was rooms. The lady under the reception desk Tuesday morning was rude evidence and sarcastic towards us. Reception lady give us a key looked at another room when we walked in we found it was somebody else’s room so we walked straight out and informed reception about this. They told us that it was the wrong room they showed us and it was the next doorThis whole holiday has been a nightmare and is still in going. We arrived in our room, which was the second room found the air con dripping with water this was after we had unpacked and went down to the pool. Jet2 have been informed the while time. Other incidents happened, too. Jet 2 asked them to upgrade us which they did to a suite however the next day when we wanted to use the. Jacuzzi we couldn’t as it was not working. Workmen came up to look at it said it couldn’t be fixed. it is now Friday we have come back to find Workman in our room and been told they would be 2 hours fixing it this is at 5pm. New told them to leave our room. We have moved three times. We haven’t been able to relax or enjoy our holiday. This is just this a small part of what has happened in this hotel just stay clear save your money and go elsewhere.."

"Sijainti on lähellä rantaa, animaatioryhmä, baarihenkilöstö, ruokailuhuoneen henkilöstö kaikki niin ystävällinen ja huomaavainen. Super puhdas neitsytpalvelu joka päivä. Mukavat huoneet myös. Pohja-alueella ei ole koskaan ongelmaa saada aurinkosänkyä, riippumatta siitä, milloin päivä on."

"Jäämme GF Isabelin huoneistossa ja olimme todella mukavaa. Sijainti on suuri – helppo kävellä kauppoja, ravintoloita ja rantaa, mikä teki kaiken erittäin mukava. Hotellilla on kaunis perheystävällinen ilmapiiri, ja siellä oli toimintaa ja viihde lapsille, jotka tyttäreni todella nautti. Iltanäyttelyt olivat todella hyvää – paljon parempia kuin odotimme – ja oli mukavaa tehdä jotain illallisen jälkeen ilman, että tarvitset mennä ulos. Asunto itse oli hyvä koko ja käytännöllinen perhe, vaikka koriste on hieman päivätty paikoissa. Tämä sanoi, kaikki oli puhdas ja toimi hyvin. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja apukas koko oleskelumme. Kun olimme tarkistaneet, huomasimme, että jätimme vesipullon. Kun palasimme kysymään, yksi hotellin naisista oli todella ystävällinen ja auttoi meitä löytämään sen ja palauttamaan sen meille, mitä todella arvostettiin. Kokonaisuudessaan, hyvä valinta perheille ja me jäämme onnellisesti täällä taas."

"I wouldn’t recommend going unless you are over 70, it’s like a private hospital, the buffet is like the titanic experience. Staff are nice to very elderly people only and hotel not close to anything at all, beach is black and rocky like mud. Can’t believe it’s 5 star,staff don’t help with bags nor very helpful at all. The manager seems to be actively walking around making sure everything is good but id not recommend this place at all I was really disappointed."

"Facilities were part of the massive hotel Anthelia. Not a bad hotel but far too big and cheap plastic type sunbeds not usual in 5 star hotels. Pool service none existent at Joia Annex. You have to go into the Anthelia before going into the Joia Salome. Bedrooms excellent though."

Ramada Residences by Wyndham Costa Adeje

"Excellent apartment! Everything was meticulously thought out, and it was incredibly clean. The towels, bedding, and other amenities were all of high quality. We especially loved the huge balcony where our family had lunch and dinner, and watched the sunset – it was absolutely breathtaking every single time. The complex has pools, jacuzzis, entertainment, and mini golf. There's also a mini-market and an agency where you can book excursions. The large Mercadona supermarket is nearby, but getting to it and the beach involves a steep downhill walk, which means a tough climb back up! I really wish the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the beach (perhaps by reservation, for a fee, or included in the apartment rental price!)."
