Just spent 10 nights here some of the reviews just don’t do it justice. Yes it’s in need of some tlc in places but it was clean , comfy beds sheets towels changed regularly . Super pool area , we were self catering so can’t comment on food ! 10 min walk to sea front , gift shops , restaurant’s etc . 5mins walk to bus stops good service . The staff were brilliant friendly and helpful . Reception , life Guards, cleaners-pool side bar staff all had a smile for you . Would recommend this for couples !

La atención con una sonrisa siempre de sus camarer@s(Natalia,Nuria),recepcionistas,jefe de recepción(Juan Pedro creo recordar),el Socorrista(Jonatan Sesma ),cociner@s ,hacen que la estancia sea súper amena ,como si estuvieras en casa,voy con mi hija y no quiere ir a otro sitio !! Nos sentimos felices y si podemos,repetiremos porque es impresionante la atención en general que recibes! Para mí eso es fundamental !!!

I was apprehensive about staying here after reading the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a friendly welcome and easy check in. Travelling alone with my two children I was concerned about some of the reviews regarding items being stolen from rooms. I was given a card key that was required even to get on the floor to my apartment which made me feel very safe and secure. The apartment was basic and dated, however it was very spacious and clean with a fabulous view. It was in a perfect location and there was only one night during the week that I could hear the music from the lively strip of bars down the road. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I was a bit worried about what to expect after reading some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised, this is a budget apartment so don’t expect 5 star luxury but we stayed in a large one bed apartment with a wrap around terrace overlooking the pool area. Yes it’s in need of a touch of paint and modernisation but the bed is comfy, shower is powerful, apartment is clean and it’s perfectly located. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve booked back up for march

We didnt stay at this hotel but used the facilities. Nice and clean hotel - a little rundown but that doesnt bother us much. We layed at the pool, nice pool - not heated. Good selection at the bar, really nice staff. Friendly and fun - supervised pool by lifeguard. Reception staff brilliant. So very helpful. Well located. Supermarket, chemist, bar and takeaway food just near by - not far to Playa Troya - it takes less than 10 minutes to walk. 5 minutes walk to Siam Mall and Park. Would come back again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my whole entire life. I’ve seen hostage houses in better conditions. The first room we were given (the photos with the white tiled flooring) was a bit of a walk from the main reception and down a sketchy alley way. The door wouldn’t lock on the outside, nor could we open the door from the inside unless we fought with it. The lock on the patio doors was broken so an iron pole was all that was used to protect us at night. Not feeling safe, my boyfriend went to reception and asked for a room change. We were offered a second room (H34) which was MARGINALLY better, but still horrific. The room was round the corner from reception and stunk of cigs for the duration of our stay, we never felt clean, the room was filthy and the bath was stained. The furniture was damaged and also stained. We were given a room with two (rock hard) twin beds pushed together, this made sleeping at night extremely uncomfortable as one of us spent the night falling down the middle and were given one flimsy pillow each. For the duration of our stay we did not feel safe so would put a chair under the door handle every night and barricade the patio doors. On our first night we heard someone try our door handle. Being a young couple, we could not afford to move hotels, however had we had the money we would’ve done so that first night as we spent the rest of our stay anxious that someone would try and break in, as this has happened to others. One day after returning from the beach, the maids had left our front door and patio doors unlocked, however nothing seemed to have been taken. Ants would swarm our bathroom every evening and cover our toothbrushes. The maids barely cleaned the rooms as we had the same sheets the whole 7 days we were there and some days they wouldn’t even come at all. I would avoid this hotel at all costs, the photos online are not a true representation of the horror that this hotel is.
