Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, Part of Barceló Hotel Group

The Royal Hideaway Corales Beach exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is modern, stylish, and spotless, having been built only 7 years ago. We booked ha/f poard, and the food was always fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared. Service is top-class. A special thanks to Andrea Tommasino, Guest Experience Manager, who helped us recover a forgotten bag with valuable items. Thanks to his quick actions, it was safely returned the same day. An amazing experience - we can highly recommend this hotel!

This was our first holiday in Tenerife. We had the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach recommended to us and are so glad we booked it as we had a lovely peaceful and relaxing holiday. A glass of champagne on arrival and once checked in we we escorted to our Junior Suite. The room and balcony were huge as was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Safe, hairdryer, steam iron & ironing board, kettle, coffee machine with complementary coffee and tea were all provided. Rituals products (hand wash, hand cream, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) were also provided. Vanity, sewing, shaving and dental kits along with comb were also on a little tray. Towelling robes & slippers were hanging by the wet room. Towels were changed daily and on an evening there was a turn down service where a chocolate appeared at each side of the bed and a small cotton mat was placed on the floor to step on to when you got in and out of bed. Complimentary water was provided daily. On the balcony we had a table, 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds with towels. Breakfast was plentiful with choices of freshly made smoothies, fresh fruit, continental, cooked, choices of home made breads and cakes or a la carte with breakfasts from around the World. We never struggled for sunbeds and clean towels were provided every day. Water was provided, as was sun cream and lens wipes to clean your sunglasses. We also spent some time at the rooftop infinity pool which had fabulous views of the coast. We tried one of the Michelin Star restaurants (Il Bocconcio) and had the most amazing 3 courses and wine served by staff who were so knowledgeable about every meal. Plenty of other restaurants were available at the hotel with local bars and restaurants also a short walk away. Every member of staff made our stay a very memorable one and we cannot wait to return. We spoke to a number of other guests who have returned year on year so the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach are clearly doing something right!

CAN'T REALLY FAULT THIS HOTEL MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY STAYED HERE FOR EIGHT NIGHTS. STAFF IN ALL DEPARTMENTS WERE POLITE, CONSIDERATE AND COULDN'T GENUINELY DO ENOUGH TO HELP. FOOD OPTIONS ON HALF BOARD BASIS IN BUFFET RESTAURANT WERE PLENTIFUL AND OF A HIGH STANDARD. POOLS WERE CLEAN, WELL KEPT AND WE NEVER STRUGGLED FOR SUNBEDS OR CLEAN TOWELS - NICE TOUCH - FREE SUN TAN LOTION, ICED WATER AND SUN GLASSES LENS CLEANER WIPES. ROOM WAS MODERN, COMFORTABLE, STYLISH, AND WAS KEPT SPOTLESS THROUGHOUT OUR STAY. WE OCCUPIED A 5TH FLOOR JUNIOR SUITE WITH SEA VEIW AND WHIRLPOOL. BALCONY VEIW WAS SPECTACULAR. We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel . It had so many great things about this hotel , its amenities , the location, but the team are what made our stay special , we felt part of the family .

This was our first time staying at the Royal Hideaway Corales. The hotel is fantastic. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The pool area is relaxed and always had more than enough sun beds and shades including Bali style beds. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. Always a great choice and really well prepared food. The hotel had a great relaxed vibe which is exactly what we wanted… We would highly recommend the hotel and will go back.

Mixed review from us. Good bits: rooms are lovely and clean and housekeeping do a wonderful job. Nice location to walk into la caleta. Food is good (different ordering at the evening meal rather than buffet style than the usual HB, but nice and individual) Staff are friendly and helpful (but, you must ask, they are responsive and not proactive) Sunbeds are comfortable and lots of fresh towels. No so good: we had no air con or TV in the room for 2 days with no idea when they would be fixed or attended too. There are places around the hotel that really need maintenance (rusty screws in the pool holding on the tiles, seats around the pool stained) We asked for late checkout and were told 3 different times to come back and check, only to be told at 7.30pm on the day before departure we can’t have one which was very frustrating (they didn’t seem to have any idea whether this was possible) There is no atmosphere here at all. Very quiet, little personality and a bit flat!
