Our Housekeeper Bezawite made our stay incredibebly great. Bezawite was such a lovely person and kept the room so clean and neat and did an excellent job.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel! Service was good and nice location!

Pas mal comme hôtel. Mais, certains employés ont besoin de plus de formation encore. Très bon service de café pur. Traditionnel. J’ai adoré.

Отель точно не соответствует 5-и звездам. При заселении в номер на двоих в ванной комнате было только одно полотенце. Завтрак невкусный. Из плюсов только месторасположение - недалеко от центра и близко от аэропорта.

房間不算大，一個人住也還行，設施不算新。服務人員很有禮貌，就是有時候毛巾牙刷之類的需要自己找前台拿。早餐不錯。缺點是早上發電機五點多就開始響，噪聲很大。浴室不知道是水管還是整體抽風的噪聲也很大。

一般跟國內沒法比，條件真顧不上五星

在市區，周邊環境挺好

I really enjoyed my stay at the Elily Hotel. It's a really prestigeous one, the personel is really welcoming and caring. The rooms are clean et food is really Good I really like the management of the hotel It's well coordinated and Organized. Mr Minasse the manager is really welcoming and really professional. It was a great pleasure spending a whole week in this 5 star hotel which really deserves to be the best in Addis Ababa.

Well located local, close to good restaurants. UN ECA is next door. Internet speed fair. Helpful staff. Very warm swimming pool which is nice for kids. 10th floor restaurant is reasonably priced. Big and well equipped gym. Good choice of food for breakfast. Lots of ATMs in the lobby and nearby. I would definitely stay there again. However, on the downside, although the rooms were clean, the hotel needs to be refurbished (change in curtains and some repairs here and there). But overall very food

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. There was a large selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Restaurant had good food. The kids didn’t get in the pool because the water was green.

The room I was in was quiet, had a good view, the room was comfortable, and the service was good.
