Забронировал отель через Trip.com, оплатил проживание онлайн. В отеле потребовали оплату наличными. В последствии признали ошибку и обещали возврат денег. Назад деньги так и не получил.

Sapphire hotel location and ambiance is good, service was also good. All the staff was cooperative. Good breakfast.it cost usd 70$ per day. They offer free pickup and drop out to the airport. Also I tried fish in the dinner and I found it very delicious.

Great location in Bole area, quick drive to the airport. I was expecting for a hotel at this level to at least have AC in their rooms. The breakfast was not up to the expectations, it was really not good! The front desk were friendly and the hotel staff overall were always nice.
