Perfect room, clean hotel was not let into the restaurant because of age the restaurant manager, didn’t let us eat in the restaurant. We had to order room service instead, and there was tables in the restaurant the spa was okay, but the spa staff were making dirty looks on us and reception tried to charge us extra fees!

The hotel and setting are beautiful very comfortable. The food was very disappointing. Very expensive and poor quality.

We got married here this past weekend, a truly wonderful family that run the wedding business like Pros! Gorgeous venue with beautiful food, service, staff and rooms. Nothing to fault here! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay or the wedding of your dreams

Attended a wedding at the hotel Excellent venue. Very good food rooms Clean and comfortable Had checked with reception on arrival as to wether they would be showing the Tottenham v West Ham game was told yes in the bar Checked again on the morning of the game and told yes 8 of us a family group arrived to the bar as it opened at 12.30 the kick off time Found the tv to be tuned to golf Another group asked a barman to switch the channel. He said yes then disappeared off behind the bar After waiting for a couple of minutes I then asked the barmaid to switch the channel. She replied with a sour attitude will do it in a minute Then went off to serve drinks saying she had to serve the people wanting drinks first I replied put the football on and we will be buying drinks but she walked off Eventually the original barman returned and after the other group asked again he finally got the remote from the bar and changed the channel finally getting the game on 10 minutes after kick off Shame as the rest of the staff are delightful but this member of staff soured it for us

This hotel is a 10 minute drive from downtown Adare set in the quiet countryside. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Decor is a bit outdated but hotel room was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Be aware that if they are hosting a dance event and you leave your parking spot, you may not find any parking when you return to the hotel even though you have paid a high price to stay there.

This hotel was pure luxury. The rooms were spacious and the bed super comfortable. I only wish we were here for more than one night, would have loved to explore it more. I was a little concerned that my room had two stairs down to the toilet but as soon as I got out of bed a sensor light came on.

We celebrated our 40years nursing reunion in Fitzgeralds woodlands house hotel last night. Everyone was blown away by the welcome, consideration, attention to detail and overall friendliness of staff. Our food was delicious and piping hot Nothing was an issue to the exceptionally busy staff. As the organiser I feel so proud of this amazing hotel in our beautiful village.... well done
