Highly recommended! Lovely place and very helpful staff. Everything worked perfectly. Nice and calm area and a great restaurant near the lobby.

Stayed here at the start of an Intrepid tour. It's clean, the bed comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was perfectly decent, with omelettes made to order. It is scruffy in places, but good value. Location is very handy - there are Nile-side restaurants five minutes' walk away. It is noisy - even with windows shut they sound open. We had a balcony with a view of the Nile.

Egypt Adventure tour with Intrepid This was my final night in Egypt, I was travelling with an organised Intrepid tour to Cairo, Aswan and Luxor and was finishing my stay here and leaving for the airport during the early hours of the 31st December. The staff were super helpful when I asked them anything. It was also nice to get a welcome orange juice, water, Pepsi and orange.

Room and Amenities The room was moderately comfortable, but the air conditioning was problematic. Despite the cold weather in Cairo in December, the AC only provided cold air, and the filter was clogged with dust, indicating a lack of maintenance. Reception Service The reception staff were a mixed experience. While one staff member was diplomatic and courteous, another displayed poor customer service. When I requested a converter for a three-pin plug to fit the two-pin sockets used in Egypt and the hotel, I was told, "We are a three-star hotel, so we don't provide it. You can purchase one outside." This attitude highlights the need for better training in customer service. Housekeeping The housekeeping staff were excellent—professional, efficient, and attentive to details. Dining Experience The breakfast buffet on the 10th floor was a highlight of the stay. The food was of high quality, and the waitstaff were polite, professional, and exceptionally helpful. Overall, while the hotel has strengths in housekeeping and dining, improvements in maintenance and customer service at reception are necessary to enhance the guest experience.

Great stay! Excellent stay, especially considering the price. Pros: 24 hour front desk, 24 hour restaurant, very friendly/helpful staff, clean, A/C worked well. Cons: beds and pillow were very hard and uncomfortable, lots of noise from the hallway.

Best … avoided. The staff in the attached cafe are wonderful and the only reason we rated above zero. We paid reception for a cab to Pyramids entrance but were dumped in a backstreet somewhere nearby and left to be hassled by hordes of local carriage drivers - later found we’d paid double the usual fare too! Tried squeezing extra out of us for a taxi to the train station on our last day too. Picture of hotel in advert is NOT the actual hotel either. Worrying lift, exposed wiring, broken shower screens not fixed despite reporting them (us and at least one other guest). Shoddy.

The service is amazing. One of the best places i stayed while in egypt.

I came here as part of an Intrepid tour. The hotel is clean, functioning lifts and airconditioned rooms. The staff are very polite, I felt safe as a solo female traveller and my room view was great! Clean towels, clean bathroom and clean bedding. A fridge and safe in the room. The only con for me was that the bed wasn't that comfortable - it was very firm but otherwise was fine.

Nice view of the Nile. Convenient location. Good breakfast. Shower pressure was unreliable.
