Private: terrace. 400 m long motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at 200 m on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Leontica Chiesa 133" 5.8 km, railway station "Biasca FFS - SBB" 3500 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Chiesa Negrentino, Archivio Doneta, Castello di Seravalle, Splash & spa. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Diga di Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago Ritom, Lago Maggiore (Locarno), Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Nara, Greina, Lucomagno, Valle di Blenio, Val Malvaglia. Calme et solitude Attention, aucun commerce à moins de 40 mn de route très sinueuse.Un avertissement dans l'annonce serait nécessaire tout comme un minimum de renseignements sur la vallée (sites remarquables, plans, restaurants et magasins.....)

Solid accommodation, at the end of August but stove not heatable due to lack of wood. Beds rickety and narrow. Great terrace and location!
