Harry's Bar & Apartments 1

Nice little bar, quiet but that's understandable at the end of season. Great cocktails (Mojito and Pina Colada) and no pressure, friendly service. Typically we discovered on the last day of our Corfu visit, otherwise would have returned.

Very friendly bar Angela & Phillip were fab. We spent most evenings here having a few drinks and one night had a few snacks (which were delicious). The bar has a nice atmosphere about it and everyone is very friendly. Toilets were spotless. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Highly recommended.

Nach einem Tipp sind wir hier eingekehrt. Toll. Die Cocktails super lecker, die Musik 80er und 90er. Einfach sitzen, trinken und genießen abseits der Hauptstraßen. Die Familie sehr freundlich und auf zack, wir man so schön sagt:) Wir kommen sehr gern hierher.

Lovely local, family run bar - we stopped for some drinks a couple of times and found the owner and daughter (?) To be so friendly and welcoming Cocktails were very good, loved the sparklers! The complimentary kumquat liqueur was delicious!

Friendly little bar warmly greeted by Angela, pool table (not in use after 12pm) and MTV on tv not loud, lovely place to relax and have a cocktail. offered drink of KumKwat liquor or Lemoncello before leaving lovely gesture, also gave the boys free tokens for the pool table.

We found Harry’s round the back streets in the old town to finish off our night with a nice cocktail or 2. How we were so wrong! We was the only customers in the establishment, remember that. Upon sitting down and ordering our drinks (virgin mojito & baileys) the waitress brought over one of the drinks and had completely forgot what the second one was. We asked to play some pool and the waitress said she would give us a token to play on the house. How nice. I started racking up the balls and instantly to who I presume was “Harry”? Ran over flapping his arms and clapping? What’s the problem? He didn’t speak much English and my Greek isn’t fluent so the waitress which was possibly his daughter had to pull him back and translate as he was getting irate and looked like he wanted a bit of fisticuffs. After understanding some of the slurry Greek words, we came to the conclusion that they were all drunk and He didn’t want us to use the pool table. How was we suppose to know if the waitress/Daughter gave us a free token to use? After all this shouting and flapping we felt very intimated and uncomfortable, so we decided to remove ourself from the situation and a good job we did. as we swiftly exited the establishment leaving the drinks behind they proceeded to scream and shout at each other about who was right. 40+ years of service (the oldest bar apparently) to the tourists of acharavi and you still approach people like that. Harry, maybe you should put down the drink and serve it to your customers instead
