This hotel is dirty, there were ants all over my room and in the bed. I left for breakfast and when I went bacm to grab something from my room there was 5 MEN IN MY ROOM (I am a foreigner, female), one cleaning and the others just standing around. The lights in the room went on and off every 5 seconds, the internet was terrible. Stay away!!!

The rooms are quite spacious and has direct view to the gorgeous lake. Something that I feel regret is that the room when the time we enter was not clean, the toilet was left dirty and when we called then they just cleaned them up. The next day, the room was not made up and the towels were not changed, when we asked, we got all tore towels as they said they didn't have any left. Hope will be better and have more hard work in the future Grand Renggali Hotel. Thanks.
