Thank you for such a great hospitality! Although the hotel rules said check -in from 8 to 1200, I called in to the hotel and the receptionist is polite and gave us the permission to check-in after 11pm due to our late flight arrival.

its a small hotel but ok to stay, foods are halal in Zara restaurant but not cooked properly, some staffs of the restaurant are very nice, breakfast options are very limited.

Good place with a good breakfast. It takes very very long for your ordered food to come and you will just sit in the restaurant with basically no view at all. There is not much to do in the immediate area. If you just need a clean place to sleep then it is okay.

I had a great time. We had a nice breakfast, even though we couldn't get food the evening we arrived.

I would have rated a 4 but the staff are not polite. They really need training in the courtesy aspect because the front desk is the first impression point! They just seem to stare you down even in the morning. Greeting is of importance in our dear Africa! The food is good rooms are clean and bed soft. No hot water on my first stay. Can be better

Nice place to stay My stay at Airside Hotel was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean and nice place to stay.

Disgusting & Dirty Hotel, not recommended, 1 Star The fridge wasn’t working & spoiled my food that I bought the night before. Most of my diary products went bad, the power outlet wasn’t working, the water pressure wasn’t good to take shower, the power went off, the hot water tank was leaking, there was no backup generator when there was a black out, customer was poor & anytime I requested a service, they never show up or care that much. The place was too old & disgusting. There was wifi in the room for such hotel & the place was dirty. The bedsheets were dirty & I had to use mine. Also, the online price that I saw was $63 per night, but I was overcharged for $248, which am not happy about that & need a refund for the overcharged amount

Excellent value and location fast wifi, hotel room was a suite configuration, comfortable. quiet and clean. the restaurant food was excellent, half of the food was Chinese. In a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Offer free airport shuttle, will be back again on Wednesday before flying to Osaka on Friday. really like the hotel.

great stay and thank you The room was extra roomy, the staff went out of its way to help your stay very comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport. wifi was extra fast except during the storm hours. clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast food is also excellent. Location is great as well, 6 minute to the airport and near major embassies and museums and city center, very safe.
