Accra Marriott Hotel

I don’t recommend at all for the value paid! Very bad food, very bad service missing basics I’m really disappointed with all and will never go back Old building with 0 maintenance . Nothing work properly Should be really 3 stars as best

The bed was split, though I had to join them together. Tom was neat. Very neat. Front desk staff was very cordial, professional and supportive...... of particular interest was Peniel. The breakfast was African and nice. All staff at the restaurant were willing to assist. Francisca was super supportive. I will come back for Peniel and Francisca.

My stay was excellent, and always has been the few times I have visited. Everyone’s level of service at this hotel is simply excellent and they are always willing to go above and beyond for any request, which is appreciated. I cannot recall everyone’s name, but certainly Juliet who I met first on an earlier visit in April, and also an May, where I was served by various staff including Peniel who, together with the team, were very supportive of all my requests and needs for support, particularly in relation to checking out a little late the day I was leaving due to an evening flight. This was sincerely appreciated. I used their RED RED Restaurant and also the executive lounge. The service by the staff on all occasions were exceptional and Marriott remains a first choice if I have to stay in a hotel in Accra when visiting. The chaps that assist with luggage are also always very helpful. Overall I simply have no complaints (they could perhaps have a spa on site in addition tot he pool facility). Everyone can always be better at what they do, so I would say they keep this up. Hopefully they are rewarded well for what they do! Looking forward to my next visit.
