剛剛退房，這次的入住體驗依然非常滿意！房間乾淨整潔，無論是床品還是衞生間都非常乾淨，清潔人員打掃得很及時。整個酒店的環境安靜舒適，細節之處處理得很用心，讓人感覺非常放鬆。工作人員的服務態度更是值得點贊，熱情周到，解決問題迅速，真正做到了賓至如歸。作為一名回頭客，每次入住都能感受到一致的高品質服務，期待下次再來！

Good I enjoy the place

Excellent edifice with outstanding creative environment and very morden facilities that I cannot miss again.

連水都不免費提供。。。這麼貴的酒店也太摳了吧，各種生活用品都不提供，拖鞋、牙刷、吹風機都沒有。打電話給前台還掛我電話。。

Nothing special

房間住了6天，空調正對電腦桌，反饋空調會莫名其妙突然漏水，一直沒處理，服務很差，有問題拒絕溝通，負責人很敷衍，態度很差，衞生打掃也不及時，筆記本由於空調漏水導致損壞，很糟糕的經歷

キッチンと洗濯機があるのは、とても良いです。 近くにスーパーマーケットがないのが、難点 タクシーで行かなければいけない

After arriving we were told that our booking could not be found and once it was found the hotel was full and they attempted to relocate us to another hotel and requesting that we pay for taxi trip… this was after 5 hours of hanging in the Hotel lobby and getting answers. We had to follow up with Trip to intervene .
