La verdad es que el hotel está muy bonito, pero el personal no es tan amable como debería, aplican la clásica de "como te ven te tratan". El segundo día apareció una cucaracha en el cuarto. 🤢

El hotel está remodelado y todos los trabajadores dan un excelente servicio. En temporada alta deben hacer mayor énfasis a que los huéspedes sigan las reglas. Hay huéspedes que no respeta reglas, apartan mesas, camastros, palapas y sillas por todo el día. Se meten a la alberca con playera, salen mojados al elevador, a la recepción, se sirven comida en exceso y no se la comen. En mi habitación la puerta del baño rechinaba demasiado. La puerta a las escaleras también hace mucho ruido y mi habitación estaba al lado de esa puerta. Al hacer mi reserva pide no cerca del elevador y me asignaron saliendo del elevador.

No hay aire acondicionado, los elevadores no funcionan y no hay aire acondicionado. Mis consumos de alimentos solicité factura y es día que no las envían. No tienen suficiente personal, pésimo servicio no recomiendo este hotel

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We booked a standard king ocean-view room through *******, but we were not given the room we reserved and ended up changing rooms three times, which immediately set a frustrating tone. The first room was unacceptable: it smelled bad, there was no AC in that floor and the elevators were not working it kept flickering it was scary. We also didn’t receive the amenities included in our booking, like the minibar, due to the constant room changes. Instead of relaxing, we spent our first night dealing with issues and moving luggage. At the front desk, Viridiana was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation worse. After multiple complaints, we were finally moved to a third room, which was only slightly better but still below expectations. Max eventually stepped in and was very helpful. He resolved the issue and did not charge us for the upgrade, which we appreciated, but it still took too much effort to get a barely acceptable room. Even then, the room lacked basic amenities: no refrigerator or iron, a broken safe, and stained towels.I would recommend bringing your own essentials if you stay here. We also tried to extend our stay, since we had a group of people, and we were all together, but the front desk was not very helpful in explaining options or pricing clearly, which added to the frustration. The food was another disappointment—very average for an all-inclusive resort, with some items requiring extra payment.(parking, food and alcohol ) On a positive note, the waiters, waitresses, and servers were extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming.They were one of the few highlights of our stay. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations. We didn’t even use the Jacuzzi. The pool was extremely full and you can tell people we’re going in there with sand because it looked really dirt Between the room issues, lack of amenities, poor initial service, and mediocre food, the experience fell far below what we expected. Aside from Max and the restaurant staff, I would not recommend this hotel.

From the time we arrived the hotel staff seemed very unwilling to take make you feel welcome, front desk seems to be more interested in coworkers conversation and her cell phone rather than accommodating the guests arriving. Same attitude was expressed throughout the hotel. As far as the hotel location was great.

Marco was great during dinner! Very attentive and always checking on us if we needed anything.

This is a very basic hotel with no frills. When I got to my room the bathroom didn’t even have towels and O had to call housekeeping for towels. Lots of noise from the traffic below and the buses constantly honking their horns.

Severe sewage problem. We had no water for a period of 11-8am and then the water was running gross black water. The front desk staff acted like it was no problem. My niece came to have lunch with me and the front desk guy wanted 510. Pesos to let her in. I said how much are you going to pay me for the dirty water in the bathroom?. RUDE!! Check out that day. The staff needs to be considerate of guests.!!

The only problems are #1 , the a/c on the rooms are not adequate, I had to purchase a fan to make it bearable #2, the elevators, even though there are 4, many times one was out of service or there were so many guests that you wait for more than 10 minutes and still can't get on one, in 19 days I had to take the stairs to the tenth floor 5 times in sweltering heat, when you do get on one it stops on almost every floor and they are very hot inside. Other than that it was good
