The hotel was very dirty would not recommend staying service was not good stayed one night being tired after traveling canceled rest of stay.

Espantoso! Desde la atención ! La señora que estaba ahy ni siquiera tenía idea de lo que habíamos reservado! Y de mala gana nos atendió !Las albercas mega sucias! Las habitaciones deprorables! La higiene y limpieza no se veía por ningún lado ! Del hotel Todo aventado desordenado ! Nada que ver con las fotos de la página! Aparte carísimo !Cancelamos la reservacion obviooooooo y salimos de ahy !

Considerando que fué despues del huracán, todo en optimas condiciones dentro del hotel. Personal atento y servicial. Todo operativo, habitacion limpia y con dos baños completos!! Claro que volveré a ir. considerar de preferencia ir en transporte particular, aunque tambien hay transporte publico a una cuadra y media del hotel, hacia pie de la cuesta y hacia la zona Hotelera

El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida. Las instalaciones sucias, habitaciones en verdad en pésimas condiciones (y no, no fue por Otis), cortinas en verdad asquerosas, telarañas en el baño, piso sucio, albercas sucias, techo resquebrajado que sentí se me podía caer. Ubicación lejos de todo, no tienen playa, solo un pedazo de rocas donde llega el mar y puedes estar un rato, porque luego sube la marea y te golpea fuerte el mar. Mintieron al decir que mi habitación tenía vista al mar, no fue así. Me cobraron muuuy caro para lo que ofrecieron. No había Wi-Fi, no había manera de manejar el aire acondicionado, no había televisión, no había cobijas, instalaciones pésimas. NO CAIGAN, hay mejores hoteles en la bahía y más baratos, se los digo porque de ahí huí y conseguí uno frente a la playa Condesa mucho más barato, con mejor visto y mucho mejor hotel. Recomiendo Hotel Tortugas que fue donde me hospedé después de esta pesadilla de hotel.

Me encantó la atención del personal, descansamos como nunca, sin bullicio, ni estrés, las albercas muy limpias, han descuidado un poco algunos espacios y tienen muebles que ya no sirven dan mala imagen, considero que deben de ir invirtiendo un poquito más, poco a poco. Las puestas de sol son increíbles.

Lugar bellísimo, muy cerca del mar, vistas sorprendentes, limpio, espacioso, tranquilo, muy buen trato del personal, alberca limpia y lejos del bullicio, bonitas instalaciones, cerca de buenos lugares para comer y muy económico.

Ver la puesta del sol desde la terraza, despertar y ver la majestuosa imagen del mar, disfrutar de la soledad, mientras observas el romper de las olas en las rocas, son bullicio, sin ruido externo, solo el rumor del mar. Fue una gran experiencia, solo sugiero cuidar más de la limpieza de los pasillos, escaleras y rampas que conducen a la playa

This is my favorite hotel so far, and I’ve been traveling since 2015. The view is fabulous, and I got many beautiful pictures. The room was comfortable and nice. The AC worked. There was a television, but I didn’t use it. I was also able to bring my dog and cat. I absolutely adored the people working there, except for one person. The manager - she was very dismissive of everyone there - guests and employees alike. She would ignore you, and just watch videos on her phone. That is what she did almost all of the time. Breakfast was really nice, except the cost was about double what it should have been. And really, it should’ve been included. And each cup of coffee was a separate charge, even though it was a regular pot of coffee. The dinner meals were made by different people, and not really good. There were 3 different pools to use, and 2 hot tubs. But the hot tubs weren’t operating. Also, I took a shower, and the water shut off halfway through. That only happened once, thankfully. It’s out of the way, which is either a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your point of view. There’s a few small stands close by, and it’s very easy to walk up a few blocks, and catch either a taxi, or one of the many buses. Try to stick with the buses. It being Acapulco, most of the taxi drivers overcharge tourists. But I was mostly happy with sticking close to the hotel. Finally, when I arrived, they took me down a steep and long decline for one of their “bungalows. It’s true that that room was shown as one of the photos, but the description included all of their amenities, that were not part of the bungalow package. Additionally, it needs to be clearly explained that those rooms should only be rented by healthy people. As a person with asthma, it would have been impossible for me to traverse that extreme incline/decline, several times a day.

La vista hermosa.... PERO..... La recepcionista de nombre *SELENE*. .... Muy déspota la más grosera que eh visto en una mujer además de prometerte servicios increíbles antes de pagar Ya después eres tratado peor que las mascotas que se permiten llevar a ese lugar., Que por sierto hago "énfasis". Te dicen se aceptan mascotas que en mi caso me cobraron 800 pesos por mis perritos Y una ves que también pagas ese *servio* Te dicen que las mascotas no pueden ORINAR ni DEFECAR en el HOTEL...??? en ningún pasillo Ni en ninguna estancia del hotel.. Solo en tu HABITACIÓN.... y tu tienes que lavar ya no es limpiar es lavar..!!! A pesar de ya haber pagado por el o los cachorros mínimo que te hagan valer su servicio... 🙅‍♀️

We loved the hotel's architecture, location and especially the view. Except that the ocean makes itself heard, it is very quiet - which you notice when taking a taxi from Acapulco. One challenge is that it is a bit far from the center, so if you don't want to spend loads on taxi, your dining options are local seafood restaurants. Many good meals there tho, so we were happy. I would love to come back someday. (the images on here seems to be quite old, at least some of the furniture is not there anymore - which is not a complaint, we were happy enough)

Location is outside acapulco. The main access road to the property is horrible, full of pot holes. Many taxis will refuse to go down the road or will ask for more money to go down there .unfortunately, if you need to go anywhere, you will need to take a cab around .my room had a nice view, but the AC is very old and loud and doesn't really cool down the room.the light in the bathroom was not working. Paint peels off the windows in the room .price was quite high for the property . pools aren't that clean. I never used them .the elevator doesn't work ....

El hotel es muy bonito, está retirado de la ciudad, no hay muchas cosas cerca, pero la vista de este hotel es inigualable, los mejores atardeceres de mi vida, tienen acceso directo al mar sin embargo tienes que tener mucho cuidado porque es mar abierto, si buscas desconectarte completamente este hotel es la opción, es un lugar sencillo, no es lujoso, no todo esta en optimas condiciones pero por el precio creo que esta muy bien, TIENEN QUE TENER MUCHO CUIDADO si reservan en Booking los Bungalows ya que esos si son complemente diferentes, son literalmente dos lugares separados, aunque estan uno al lado del otro, de hecho para ir al mar desde el hotel tienes que pasar por los bungalows, pero si te quedas en los bungalows no puedes estar en el hotel, los bungalows si son muy rusticos, estan en medio de la naturaleza, hay muchos animales y es una experiencia mucho más rústica vs si te quedas en el hotel, yo ya me quede en ambos y si prefiero el hotel pero valió la pena la experiencia de los bungalows.

Muy bonito lugar!!! El personal muy atento y amable Me pareció excelente opción y fué una estancia muy agradable Hay varias albercas,el sol se pone justo de frente en el mar,tiene una vista bellísima,esta rodeado de vegetación,habitaciones amplias y limpias,muy buenos precios Te queda pie de la cuesta a 5 minutos,la bahía de Acapulco a 10 minutos,la Bonfil a 20 minutos,muy bien ubicado para de ahí poder desplazarte a varias opciones cercanas Recomendado 100%!!!!!!

Excelente lugar si vas con amigos, la alberca está hermosa y la vista ni se diga. El personal siempre muy atento y accesible a las necesidades. Las habitaciones y camas muy buenas y no falta nunca algo.
