"There's need to update Stanzel Grand Resort services- I paid for 2 Adult and for single standard room with balcony view. But I was told that they don't have any single standard room with balcony. And that only Superior Room have such resorts. Breakfast was only given for 1 adult. I was given room 105. You can confirm this through independent investigation. Although, the serenity is peaceful. Standby security personnel. With 24/7 Power output and supply. Good water supply too."

"Mixed experiences here. First the good points - the room size is excellent and bedding etc is lovely - a well managed hotel where Evie polite - good selection at breakfast - a great gym and pool - a great pool bar with good music. Bad points - the bedrooms were opposite the loudest building work I have ever experienced. I arrived early from an overnight flight and paid extra to get some sleep. Absolutely no chance. There was in excess of 40 workmen - I asked to change rooms. The reception said they would come back to me and never did - as a sole business traveller I was in the furthest point from the reception which I don’t like. I also explained this to the reception but no reply. It’s a good 5 minute walk away."
