Staff were friendly, location was easy to get to.

They are horrible , i can’t emphasize enough that no one should do business with them , They claimed there was an electrical issue with our room but wouldn’t let us even see the room . The truth is they booked our room to someone else and instead sent us to a “sister hotel” ( e-gold) that was in pretty bad shape , it smelled of mildew and all of the amenities they claimed to have were in the basement level , the outdoor pool was unusable , it was dirty and the water was a dark brown , basically a malaria trap. Our room was dirty and smelled , there was no cable , the wifi worked at times but also at times did not work . The kitchen did not prepare most of the things on the menu , and we ordered from them they claimed it was a higher price than what was listed .A terrible experience , i do not recommend . I cannot emphasize it enough , do not do business with these people .

Indeed am so much greatful my stay at E suit, the room is clean, the workers are so friendly and attentive especially the guy in the reception, I will soon plan to stay again with my family.

The facility did not have power supply, no water to bath. I left wothout bathing and could not use the toilet. Room was not reserved for me even after paying. Poor management.

Sad story I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim

This rating is about *******. Although it took time to locate the hotel, the hotel told me it is not doing business with ******* anymore and that it has no room for me. That if there was any room, it would have me pay for it. I had to drive around city with the hire I had from the airport until I got a new place to stay. ******* please return my money. This was not the agreement. Thanks

I visited this hotel again and was amazed at the transformation. We had the best experience. The new South African management has done an unbelievable good work. Best service ever: staff at attention and willing to help. Room sparkling clean. We had a very tasty breakfast full of options. Security is No 1. E-Suites well done.

Serious and positive improvements in this hotel. Couldn’t believe it. What a hotel. They have the best service and wonderful staff. The room is fantastic with a bed that helps u sleep well honestly. We did Enjoy the buffet, lots of varieties. We had free Airpot pick, wow.. Simple the best stay honestly.

This is a good hotel, a really nice hotel. The family had a great stay. A whole new renovation on the place and its fantastic. The hotel is sparkling clean even the car pack is tiled. The staff go above and beyond to serve. Extremely helpful. We had a tasty meal the chef prepared just for us. We cant wait to return. Thank you E-Suites.

The best kept secret. The new management has done a fantastic job. Secured environment. Staff are simple good and amazing. Every where Is sparkling clean. Room is simple the best. Breakfast is full of varieties to chose from. Free airport transfer and free drop off to appointments. The list goes on. They are out to impress and I am truly impressed.
