Such a poor experience
Day 1 - hotel room not up to standard, x4 calls to house keeping with 7 hours wait. TV not working. They did upgrade the room after the experience
Day 2 - same shabby house keeping experience with no face or hand towel, empty face tissues, no slippers, etc.
Day 3 - a little improvement but house keeping had to be called as room not fully replenished.
Day 4 - same as day 3, several calls due to house keeping. You’d think there would have been improvements - same message from reception ‘ok sir’, no sense of apology!
During this time it was discovered how fake advertising has been used by the hotel to deceive customers in facilities available such as the swimming pool. Picture attached notes fake pictures that the hotel uses (of another hotel) and the reality. There is no space for Sunbeds and no fully open area and view such as noted in the fake pictures.
Also, no common sense. Hand wash is provided as body wash for bathtub. See attached picture.
Hotel management took no accountability of the fake pictures used to deceive customers nor in house keeping service levels.
Breakfast was chaotic everyday but that’s not a negative, let’s put it down to hotel being at capacity or Resturant being too small to accommodate hotel guest.
Only positive would be the valet parking. Great service.
Be aware of poor standards before you book!
