For many months I have been staying at the BR Residences The BRR facilities are excellent. They are always kept very clean and well maintained. As per my previous BRR reviews, its very best assets are the excellent staff! All teams are exceptional and dedicated. Many staff contribute positively to the overall experience, so it is impossible to name-check everyone. Some special thanks to: CONCIERGE - Sampath, Shankar, Talal, Faizan are all very attentive to guests FRONT DESK - Camille, Selah, Aeshan are all very welcoming, helpful and professional LEISURE - Mowafak (Recreational Director) - friendly, energetic, great attention to detail, great public persona GARDEN RESTAURANT - Darlima - an absolute delight, cheery and so hard working GYMS - Hasha, Anna, Liberty, Lorie all very welcoming G/F COFFEE SHOP - Dhurba, Thein (both so friendly) BEACH - Rassika always greets everyone and helps out his colleagues, very hard working SALES - Hazel is very professional and courteous However, my continuing gratitude to ALL of the staff - each is a credit to the Rotana brand.

Beach Rotana Residences was my home from home for three years when I worked in Abu Dhabi. The staff were excellent, particularly the Concierge Team who always wen the extra mile to help me feel at home and looked after my family when they came to visit.

We had a beautiful weekend staying at the Rotana for my husband's birthday. The resort went above and beyond to make him feel special which was such a lovely surprise! The staff are engaging and friendly, the rooms immaculate and the facilites really well maintained and beautifully presented. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to rest and recharge on a beautiful beach in the UAE!

We were here for a week to visit Abu Dhabi. As it turned out, the Beach Rotana Residences is an ideal hotel to use the city, cultural highlights, shopping opportunities. The recovery was also not neglected. The hotel complex has several beach sections, a large pool area, sufficient umbrellas. Guest service is something that is very important in all areas and can be experienced everywhere: whether on the hotel beach, at the pool, in the great and clean changing rooms, in the sports studio, at breakfast or at the reception: everyone is extremely friendly and strives to fulfill every wish. To list everyone who did something good to you would be simply impossible at this point. Therefore, here is an example of one of the silent heroes, who reliably and creatively always ensured that our rooms were perfectly prepared and equipped with everything: Shabus from room service was one of those quiet and very friendly silent heroes for us. We lived in room 561 in the Rotana Residences. It's all as great as shown in the pictures. One can only praise this house and the service team; the stay in this house here was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Thanks to the entire team of the Beach Rotana Hotel Group for this unforgettable holiday in Abu Dhabi.
