Sandman Signature Aberdeen Hotel & Spa

Clean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again.

Stayed here the beginning of October for husband’s birthday for 2 nights and am so glad we picked this hotel On Arrival we went straight to the car park which I will say if you have a wide car your gonna struggle to get through the gap lol but we made it . There was plenty of spaces available so no worries with regards to parking . The parking does cost £12 a night so we just left car there as wanted to explore the area . The entrance to the hotel is spectacular everything is so shiny and clean this is honestly one of the best hotel entrances I’ve seen it was spotless . The check in was simple and girls behind the desk were very friendly and polite. The rooms are very spacious with all mod cons available . The room was kitted out with Tv, Fridge , Tea & Coffee Making Facilities , iron , Hair Dryer and the best thing was a microwave which we loved as we bought snacks that we could eat and heat in the room . The room was very clean and had usb sockets for charging I pads etc . The bathroom was huge and was a wet room which had all toiletries , shampoo , Soap etc . This was a stunning hotel the only tiny thing was the weekend we picked a wedding was on and the reception went on quite late and you could feel the music vibrations in the room the music was quite loud I think we were 3 floors above where wedding was . I did not complain as it’s someone’s special occasion however maybe hotel should let guests know if a special occasion is happening so guests can request a further away room as I was kept awake till around 2am as when they filed out some guests were underneath our room smoking and they were not the quietest . I ended up closing the window but the room was roasting so it was a catch 22 . Apart from the wee noise issue the hotel is amazing it’s beautiful decorated and near to a lot of shops

It was so good we can't wait to be back. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, clean and quiet. We had a large room, and it was lovely, cosy and quiet, a great place to go back after a day of exploring the city. The staff were incredible, very helpful. I would like to thank Alicia in particular for being so great! Location is just North of the city centre, great for restaurants, pubs and street art.

Stayed here while on a short business trip. Hotel is very modern inside, really lovely reception area with high ceilings. Quick and easy check in process. Room was great for what I needed albeit a little bit small with not much working space. Despite this, the room was clean and cosy. Good amenities and really enjoyed the large rainfall shower in the bathroom. Beds comfy and had a great couple nights sleep here. Room was located by the road and the noise wasn’t too bad. Onsite bar and restaurant was excellent. They have a small gym facility if you wanted to use, I personally didn’t. This will be my new regular hotel when visiting Aberdeen.
