Hampton Inn & Suites Southern Pines-Pinehurst

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed in ever. Clean, everyone was friendly, courteous and responsive. We enjoyed staying here. A well run and organized staff. We were only here for one night bt we're glad we stayed. 5 stars to the manager and staff.

I stayed here to attend my last paternal uncle’s funeral. The stay was very comfortable. There were two employees that made my visit under the circumstances more pleasurable. Ashlen & Fidelity (front desk), were professional and caring. Once they learned of my trip there, they offered condolences and would text me to see how I was doing. They were great. The area is very nice with eateries and stores nearby.

Everything from the time that I made my reservation to the time I arrived a little early I was treated like I was a very important person. I arrived there for a Saturday church function from Baltimore Maryland and had time to shower and change clothes

Very clean and very quiet - with a pleasant accommodating staff. They had great breakfasts and newspapers. And they even had freshly baked warm cookies each night. This is a place I'd come back to.

The Hampton Inn & Suites was clean and comfortable, The rooms were generous and breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the exercise room had just what I needed in equipment.

This was my first time at this particular hotel but I am sure it will not be my last. I was there on business and Tina made sure from the time I checked in that my stay would be great. She even sent me a text message to make sure I made it to my room and that I found everything ok.

Ebony was very pleasant at check in. The beds are hard. VERY hard. did not use the pool due to the temperature of the water. I guess that is why there is no hot tub cause the pool is HOT. But I felt the pool towels they are better than the bath towels.

This is the cleanest, most kept, quietest Hampton I’ve stayed at in several years. The staff was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable, and they even had cookies out like All Hamptons used to. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and because it’s in a great location away from the highway, it was quiet and I slept well. No loud motorcycles or rice burners with loud obnoxious pipes waking me up all night. These folks take pride in their property and I will be returning in the next few weeks for several days. Definitely staying here. All Hampton owners and managers should visit this property and take note.

I stayed recently with a friend. I brought my 2 dogs, who are good but separation challenged. One escaped while I was out bc of the Lever door handle. Manager was kind enough to return her to the room while I was at a conference and had received a call from another guest. She's a friendly pup, does not like strange/new places :( The entire staff it very kind, friendly and help one another. As a Property Manager for many years I noticed these details. I lived in the area as well for years and it is known for being friendly and caring, the staff here, in my experience and observation were attentive to the customers and also team work. Housekeeping was also very friendly and understanding.
