"The Hotel and service at the hotel  was the worst I’ve ever encountered! Rooms were under renovations we were told but given no options on alternative rooms.! The door was locked and the receptionist knew about that , but I had to walk back to the office to get it opened , this happened every time we wanted to go in . We are Seniors and were given no consideration for reduced rate they offer seniors,because I had booked on trip .com . The condition of the room was deplorable , had to ask for towels both days , garbage was not picked up. The bathroom was literally falling apart , plugged drain , parts on the tub rusty and very gross. The toilet was so close to the wall you had to stand up to get to the toilet paper.! The water to drink and make coffee was gross! I’m sure there was more but trust me Iwill NEVER stay at another Ramada Hotel and will tell all my friends to avoid Ramada at all costs ! "
