The Elms Hotel & Spa

This was my second stay at The Elms Hotel, The Abberley Suite is by far the most glamorous room within the Midlands region — beautifully designed with exquisite attention to detail. I really appreciate how much thought has gone into the aesthetics. Every corner is picture-perfect. The interior design throughout the hotel is simply stunning, and the suite itself had everything I needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Room service was excellent, and the food here is absolutely delicious — consistently high quality. A big thank you to the lovely ladies who helped me with my very large suitcase, and to Tim as well for his kind assistance. The staff are warm, attentive, and really make the experience feel special. Highly recommend this hotel

Really lovely spa morning. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, very good service. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of food and continental buffet. Our massages were so relaxing and we enjoyed the morning sun in the outdoor hot tub. The surrounding are beautiful. I would recommend checking the children’s hours in the pool before booking a spa day. It seems like kids can only go in for a limited time which is good because a couple were screaming. As a parent myself I’ve no idea why you’d take kids in an up market spa pool like this, I’m totally blaming the parents for that terrible decision. Luckily we missed most of the kids time as we were in our massages and the sauna. We will definitely be returning, it was a very enjoyable morning.

We had one night at this lovely hotel in the midlands just north of Worcester. Anyone wishing for a short break or a stop on their way north / south could do a lot worse than staying here. The grounds are lovely and there is a significant spa, an indoor and outdoor gym and a decent size swimming pool. The dinner menu was pretty short but we had enough to choose from and what we had was excellent. Our room had portable air conditioning and a fan available - neither of which we needed because the windows opened (!) to allow a nice breeze. The views were spectacular. The staff were uniformly attentive and laid back. It was very nice. We loved this hotel and expect to go back.
