Good hospitality, location & service. Overall Excellent experience. Must visit. Brahma,Dilip & Komal other staff too provided us with good service. Rooms were clean. Location & view is expectational. Pool is good too. Roads could have been better.

The stay feels like home away from home. It's peaceful and the staff is top-notch. The services are prompt! would totally recommend this place is you're looking for a hassle free experience.

Booked their top end suite which comes with multiple amenities. The room itself is great, so are the views. Problems arise with the amenities which are included in the cost. You could play cricket, and archery (12balls, and 12arrows per room are complimentary) but they are not available. You try ordering room service and whatever you order they don’t have it. Worst part is they will take your order but after 10mins call you back to inform that the item is unavailable. And the most disappointing is the fact that during the complimentary breakfast i had ordered an omelette. 35mins in they come and tell cannot be served and they could not even provide a reason why! when i asked the eggs are over, the response was as if yes okay that works! yes the eggs are over! i mean what a pathetic service, eggs are over in a restaurant. Poor management and clearly do not deserve to charge the premium that they charge. Apart from this the property is good, views are also good, and a few staff members are also very courteous and helpful

The resort was very good.staff very courteous and cooperative.Requested for upgrading our room.they have done immediately.ambience and food is very good.Brahma rathod F&B manager personally checked with regard to food.Overall enjoyed our stay.The resort is neat and clean

Extremely good Staff. Especially Supriyo kept us busy with his melodious voice and Bramha was very curteous for checking with our food preferences before every meal. Overall a very good experience. Best was every building had their own parking on the ground floor.

It’s a very beautiful place to visit the view, the scenery and the service by bramha was very nice we liked it!! My name is Jigar Vora and I recently stayed at this wonderful property .My room number was 4402 and 4403 .This resort is located at a very scenic point and the clouds literally touch down if you get the right weather .The approach road to the resort is a little tricky but that is what gives you the wanderlust feeling as it's quite in the interiors which offers divine peace and you are in the lap of nature .The staff is amazing and very well trained .The resort manager from northeast ,I forgot his name has done a great job with his employees to keep all the guests happy.Food could be little more better but it's not that bad .I remember komal ,supriyo in the restraunt who helped us a lot plus there are many other whom I am forgetting .At the reception ,Mr Sudhakar is a great guy to help you with everything . Overall its a great resort with fantastic staff and a marvellous location .
