"The hotel had decent reviews on Google, so I chose them. The hotel is small in size and the rooms are small. If you have a larger suitcase or two suitcases, you probably won't be able to open them completely. The hotel has its own parking lot, but it is only suitable for small vehicles. The Audi A6 rented that day was told that it could not be parked and needed to be parked in an outside parking lot, which cost about the same as the hotel parking lot. The store clerk service is also very good!"

"We booked this hotel with the option to cancel for free till the day of our arrival 18:00. The day before we realized we had to change plans and thus cancelled our booking within the time frame to do so free of charge. But apparently this hotel doesn't follow it's own rules and conditions as they still charged my VISA card for the full amount, as if we never cancelled. Any attempts to contact them are met with no response. Do not book here! They are frauds and thieves."

"The hotel is clean and well located to get into the centre. The staff were mostly friendly. The young Spanish lady working on the desk and serving drinks in the evening wa brilliant. A real asset to the Estilo team! On checking out I found the lady rude. She tried to charge me for items that were included in my stay and was adamant I had to pay in a very abrupt manor. Disappointing to say the least. I persisted and made her check. She finally decided to check the booking and saw that all food/drinks were covered. This really changed my opinion of the hotel."
