環境很美，一個大泳池，不過位置比較偏遠，離哪都不近，到哪都要打車，增加了跟埃及司機討價還價的煩惱，小床的床頭髮黴了，洗手池無法迅速下水，衞生條件一般，另外每天晚上廣場上都在放動感音樂，直到10點半才停，對於有早睡要求的不推薦。

花園音樂有些響，影響睡眠。

房間很破舊，屋裡有很多蚊蟲，樓道也不隔音，之前訂錯了時間 提前一週就和攜程説了很多次要更換入住時間但都無果！直到入住酒店那天前台答應了免費更換，打電話過去攜程不相信我當著他們語音問的酒店工作人員，並讓他們前台的主管經理在我寫的上面簽了兩次字證明發給了攜程！攜程收到後中午十一點多打電話過來説是可以換但是中間商要求收取五十美金，由於當天我已經在去錫瓦的路上 我説不是説免費換嗎？攜程客服説那您等我消息他再幫我和中間商爭取一下，我一直滿懷希望，但沒想到當地晚上八點多接到電話就説您的酒店不能更改了，錢也退不回來！我打電話投訴，後來才知道是中間商和攜程發郵件説12:30之前要求付款更改否則將被取消，但攜程沒有把消息告訴我，導致我損失了一晚酒店費用！攜程客服辯解説是因為我沒有同意交付五十美金，我説你們有錄音 我哪句話説不同意？你們什麼時候和我説要求立刻交錢？不交會被取消！我衹是不滿意為什麼説好的免費還要交五十美金，並不是不同意交付五十美金！我上哪花這點錢去住一晚五星級酒店？攜程卻説這是認知問題，不滿意就等於不同意，耽誤時間沒交錢是我的問題！我不知道攜程這些年的客服是怎麼了？素質太低了，明明不佔理的地方，還要狡辯！

Superbe hôtel, le personnel a été très accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse et très jolie. La propreté est satisfaisante. Les espaces extérieurs sont propres et bien entretenus avec une piscine très agréable. Concernant les buffets, le choix est diversifié.

Staff was amazing food was great pool was clean and they were so helpful Bread was tasty pancakes were delicious Went there among with some friends and business partners and we were amazed with the help and hospitality they gave us Wonderful experience Advices

I'm verry happy to be guesting in the hotel . I'd like to repeat my trial again . Every thing's very very good and more than beautiful like pools , rooms and eating . The staff's very helpful , smiling and greatful .Thank u for husting us . Just keep up ♥️

I like the hospitality here, the beds are comfy with soft cushion. The swimming pool here has a very good heating system The environment so fresh everything here looks so peaceful The breakfast is quite amazing I can say All type of continental food

the hotel is huge with a big heated pool looks like club med. the rooms are huge and with a very huge shower and comfortable bed the food is good nice location not downtown but near the main highway (nice for road trips) the staff is good the only issue is the weird room numbering

Ottime stanze, personale gentile e disponibile. La pulizia delle camere è adeguata allo standard. Si trova sufgivientemente vicino ai siti di interesse, ci ero già stato per lavoro e sicuramente ci tornetò. Consiglio sia per vacanza che per business
