環境優美，適合差旅

酒店房間大寬敞 有的房間重新裝修過 不錯 但是頭兩二天我們住的房間很舊 The rooms were very different. some are newly renovated, some are older. we stayed in the older room first, was not very comfortable, we later changing to the newer room which was much better. the breakfast was good.

環境很好，設施看起來有年頭了，但是有風味那種，掛畫好多是當地畫家創作的油畫，不是打印圖片。夜裡不忙的時候經理會繞有興致的為大家彈幾曲埃及風的鋼琴曲，能感覺出埃及是個有積澱的國家。奮鬥之餘，不少清雅，淡泊無爭，這就是埃及和他的人民吧

الفطار جميل جدا ما شاء الله و متنوع من الشوربه للسلطه للطبق الرئيسي والاكل طعمه جميل من ورق العنب للجلاش والشوايه متنوعه وفيها كل حاجه مشاءالله بشكر إدارة الفندق على اهتمامهم ومراعاتهم للذوق العام وبالتحديد مستر خالد بشكره على اهتمامه وذوقه

Great experience and unforgettable time in amazing Ramadan atmosphere.. Our friend's gathering on iftar at yiur beautiful hotel was a great opportunity to relax and enjoy delicious and reach menu followed by a real enjoyaand entertainment time in the outdoor setup among beautiful different guests who interacted with the musical band 😀🥰👏👌⚘️🎉🎊

Was a smooth stay with friendly staff room was spacious and clean and food quality was excellent, they, provide free shuttle bus to a huge mall near by all brands, cinemas avalaible, so I recommend this hotel and it will be very near the GEM when it opens.

We were a group of reuniting school friends and we had one of the most memorable experiences during our Iftar and after in the open air area with the nice music. The food was great, service was outstanding, the staff was warmly welcoming and on their toes with a smile demonstrating happiness to several us. Thank you Helnan Dream Management and staff for giving us this experience, it was my first time there, and won’t be the last.

Delicious food! The dolma was exceptional, and the oriental grill was bursting with flavor. The staff were both professional and warm, the entertainment was genuinely moving, and the cozy ambiance made for a truly relaxing and joyful experience. Highly recommended for a secluded and peaceful retreat

The saty was great in Egypt ingeneral. I will come again for this country and especially for Helnan DreamLand hotel because Every thing was comfortable and amazing . And I Want to send many thanks for the staff as a whole (Restaurant, Reception and HK), and I want to thank Wael and Farah from Reception Due to their Efforts and profftionaliry. Spiego il voto, per quanto riguarda la Cucina, nulla da dire. Il buffet ben assortito, molta scelta e di buona qualità ! Questo alza il punteggio. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel veramente bello, direi stupendo, anche questo alza il punteggio. Camere spaziose belle. Adesso arriviamo ai punti dolenti ... quello che mi ha infastidito di più è il comportamento dei camerieri, svogliati e quasi infastiditi quando chiedevi un favore, come ad esempio di aggiungere un posto in più al tavolo. Ho dovuto finirlo io, perché loro si sono affaticati solo per mettere un coltello e una forchetta, quando mancavano le posate per il dolce, il tovagliolo e il bicchiere. Poi altri episodi che non sto' qui ad elencare ... Poca Professionalità ! Sarà che questo comportamento sia dovuto perché eravamo solo un gruppo, e forse non si aspettavano grandi mance ? Anche perché il loro comportamento verso altri clienti era veramente completamente l'opposto! (Soprattutto a quelli che ordinavano bottiglie di vino etc...) La domanda è il dubbio rimane in sospeso. Peccato veramente, perché se no il voto sarebbe stato veramente alto. Consigliato ? Non saprei dare una risposta, molti dubbi, magari siamo stati sfortunati.
