Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

ご用意頂いた部屋は13畳と広く、また大きな窓からは神西湖とその湖畔の桜が一望でき、フロントでお借りした双眼鏡で子供たちとバードウォッチングが楽しめました。
0〜6時にお風呂が利用できなかったのが残念でしたが、その期間中は無料のマッサージチェアでくつろげたので、疲労もストレスも解消。
食事も味、品数共に大満足で、特に選べるデザートで子供たちも大喜び。朝食でもシジミの味噌汁を全員お代わりしちゃいました。
ただ、最寄駅(山陰線江南駅)に止まる列車が少なく、そこまでのアクセスを計算しておかないと思わぬ時間ロスが発生してしまうかもしれません。 尚、江南駅(無人駅)にはタクシーがありませんが、お宿の方が迎えに来て下さり、非常に助かりました。

旅途經過玉造温泉，選擇了松乃湯旅館，攜程定了一泊二食，一切都温馨舒適。酒店有提供JR玉造温泉站的接送班車服務，可以請攜程客服幫忙預訂。酒店最讚的就是自助晚餐，非常贊，強烈推薦。

Izumo Tamatsukurionsen Shiraishiya on täydellinen paikka rentoutua matka- tai työpäivän jälkeen.
Rentoudu rentoutumalla kiinteistön kuuma lähde -hinnassa. Hemmottele itseäsi vierailusi aikana paikan päällä olevassa sauna-keskuksessa.
Majoituspaikasta löytyy ravintola, jossa on erilaisia ruokailuvaihtoehtoja. Tässä kiinteistössä asuu talossa baari.
Tästä hotelli:sta löydät myös palvelut, kuten myyntiautomaatti. Lisämukavuuden vuoksi majoituspaikassa on myös maksuton matkatavarasäilytys.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi !
We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

古い旅館を個人客用にリニューアルした感じです。建物は古いかもしれないけど内装は綺麗です。
シングル個室はベッドだけで超狭いです。まあ寝転がって携帯見る分には問題ないですが。個室なんだけど、隣室のイビキはもちろんカバンを開ける音とか全部丸聞こえです。イヤホンがあった方が良いかもしれません。
でも、内湯もあるし立地は良いし値段を考えれば充分に満足です。

出雲詣で山陰に家族で1泊 神迎祭が１９時開催の為に 夕刻より宿を出発
帰りが遅くなるので早き時間に懐石料理を一度に出してくれるようにお願いし快く対応して頂きました
おかげで稲佐の浜神迎祭参加できました。家内ともまたゆっくりできる日に 訪館しようと話していたところです
その際にはまたお世話になります。

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

以前利用したことがあり、その際の印象が良かったので3年ぶりに利用しました。
外観は少し古く見えますが、中は非常に綺麗で、素晴らしいです。部屋も広く、不満なことは一切なし。
風呂まで少し歩きますが、浴衣でゆったり歩きながらお風呂に向かう時間もよく思えます。
何よりも満足したのは朝食バイキングです。全ての料理が美味しい。普段は朝そんなに食べれないのですが、あまりにも美味しいのでたくさん食べてしまいました。
また来たいです。

VVieraskäyttäjäNicely situated in the centre of one of the two main streets in Yunotsu. I stayed in the bottom capsule which is much more spacious than the top capsule since you get space to put your belongings. Kitchen was equipped with basic condiments like soy sauce and cooking oil. There is a coin laundry facility in the adjoining building - 500 yen for wash and 100 yen per 10 mins of drying.
The only concern I had was with the check in process, which luckily for me I was informed about before by reading the reviews. Check in is at Kazeto, another hotel around 5 mins walk away from Watowa. This can be troublesome for guests arriving by foot as you’ll need to backtrack to Kazeto if mistakenly arriving at Watowa first. Staff at check in were helpful and friendly (English speaking) and provided ample information about the facilities and attractions in Yunotsu and surrounds.

- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

Ttravel with IlaEverything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!

VVieraskäyttäjäThe onsen is an absolute highlight. The rooms I nicely decorated and the futa mattress is pretty soft and nice. You have to be walk 3km from the train station and at least 1km from the nearest bus stop, which is pretty ruthless especially when it’s dark outside. But at least there are proper sidewalks.
