Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.

Great location in the middle of the main warehouse district and accessible by bus from the nearest train stations. Cozy room, clean and modern design and facilities. Shared bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Food court on the first floor provided a quick and easy breakfast.

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The most important thing to remember about the Mark Grand is that Google Maps will show two Mark Grand hotels and one of them is wrong. Make sure that you find the correct address. The Mark Grand is a renamed and arguably improved upscale hotel in Saitama. It's a few train stops from Ueno and there's more than one way to get there depending if you're coming from say Shinjuku or Ueno. The rooms are immaculate with drip coffee, a humidifier, and you are given the option to have your room cleaned on specific days (not every day). JP customer service, as always, is excellent and although the breakfast buffet doesn't change, the options are more than enough to keep your palate satisfied for a week's stay. There's a Lawson at the second floor and an excellent gym, pool, and spa (not really an onsen). Unfortunately, the sports center isn't free and you have to pay a small fee (1200 yen) to use it but it's more than worth it. It's extremely popular with the older locals and make sure you visit in less busy times. There is a Cocoon mall nearby which is not busy and since the hotel is located in the CBD, you only come across salarymen rather than the annoying Western tourists. I also highly recommend the Railway Museum in Saitama, which is a short 2 stops away. If you're familiar with JP trains and don't mind the short commute, I highly recommend the hotel.

The public Bath onsen is really relaxing The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside I will definitely come again Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.

毎年恒例のお墓参りで本庄方面へ🚙 嫁の実家のエアコンが壊れているとのことで、 せっかくなので近場で宿をとることに🏨 熊谷周辺の温浴施設については昨年周りまくっていたが、 宿泊施設はノーマークだったので、 いくつか候補を挙げた中の1番コスパが良かったハナホテルへ！ ハナホテルは渋川スカイテルメや花湯系と同じ系列でいつかはイキタイと思っていた🤩 立地もロードサイドで、駐車場も広くて良い！ さすが外観も内装も綺麗で、 万人ウケする感じ！ 入口入ってイチバン驚いたのが、 なんと無課金で利用できる無限マッサージチェアが入口近くに6台もある！！ ((((；ﾟДﾟ))))))) これはテンションMAX！！ それに漫画も1000冊以上置いてあり、 ゆっくりと寛げるのは良い☺️ 部屋に関してはダブルをとったのだが、 なんと畳にベッドが置かれている方式🛏️ なぜか収納スペースがめっちゃ多い！ 室内は割とコンパクトで、 バストイレ無いのは珍しい。 サウコレ的には室内バスはほぼ使ったことがないので、これはこれでヨシ！ 何より最強なのはコスパで、 サウナ付きの大浴場と、 無限マッサージチェアにウェルカムドリンクなどの各種アメニティ！ そして極め付けの朝食バイキングもついて、 1人あたり3000円弱と破格のコスパ！！ 下手なネカフェより数段コスパいい！！ これをお盆期間で実現できるとは驚愕のコスパである！！ ハナホテル系列はこれは今後クル！！ 嫁の実家に寄る際は是非とも他の系列も利用してみたい！！ 【ドライサウナ】 幅2.8m、奥行き3.5m、高さ230cm 座面は広々した三段式、熱源は対流ストーン式！ サ室は全体的に新しく、程よく湿度がある良いセッティング！ テレビも大きく見やすいのがイイ！ 【水風呂】 無し、、、サ室がイイだけにもったいない気も、、、 サ室をでてすぐにピラーシャワーと立ちシャワーがある。 【整い処】 浴室内に整い椅子が2台ある🪑 浴室の正面にはオシャレな庭園が🌳 物理的には庭に出れそうなので、 外気浴開放されたら面白いかも！ 【風呂】 メイン浴槽は広々してて、 幅3m.奥行き2mくらい。 ライオンの口から自家源泉がドバドバ掛け流されている🦁 泉質はほのかな塩化物泉で無職等♨️ 【待合所】 館内入口近くに温活ネストと無料マッサージチェア6台と、コミック千冊以上あり、 ゆっくり体を癒せるのは強み！ ウェルコーヒーやアメニティ、周辺の花湯系列の一覧が載ったマップもあり！ 数十種類のシャンプーバーもある！🧴 無料Wi-Fiも強度がしっかりあり、 ロビーは勿論のこと、客室もしっかりオンラインゲームばっちりできるのもイイ！

温泉がとても綺麗で、露天風呂が特にお肌がツルツルになり良かったです。 夜ご飯も和食で美味しく、丁度良い量でした。 21時からは無料でラーメンも1杯食べられます。 朝はビュッフェタイプでどれも美味しかったです。 お部屋もリフォームされていて綺麗でした。 また秩父に行く時は泊まりたいと思います。

친절한 직원분들. 깔끔한 실내 외국인임에도 불편함 전혀 없었습니다 겨울인데 춥지 않았습니다 1인룸은 공용 화장실 샤워는 욕탕으로.. 식사는 꼭 여기서 하세요 일본에서 첫 온천을 좋은 기억으로 남게 해주셔서 고맙습니다 또 갈게요

温泉施設が併設されていて良かった。私の予約した部屋は和室だったので、自分で布団を敷いて寝ました。部屋は広くて快適でした。私が利用したタイプの部屋にはお風呂はありませんでした。温泉施設を利用したので問題はなかったです。朝食を後から追加して1500円支払いましたが、美味しくて種類もあり満足です。焼き立てのパンがあり、クロワッサンが美味しかった。またこちらの方面に行った際は利用したいと思います。
