This hotel is great if you're using it just for the hot tubs. The staff all seemed a bit unprepared for the services they provided. Most of the hotel is outdoors, the hot tub looked horrible after the leaky roof leaked into it during the rain, they seemed to be unsure of how to do room service, the hotel is outdoors with not mosquito nets so it's almost impossible to be outside at night. The hotels location is literally down a dirt road behind some limber factory so taxis find it difficult to find. The hotel is also way out of the city, do getting to attractions takes a bit more time. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're getting it for a short time or if you need to stay close to the airport.

The resort is spacious, with attentive service. We booked the Hot Spring Superior Twin room. The perks included were very thoughtful: the stocked mini bar, access to the hot pool, breakfast, and airport transfer. We communicated mostly via WeChat. Front desk was attentive, helping us arrange a daytrip driver to Ruili, and sorting out places to eat. Although the place is away from the city centre, it is equipped with a restaurant and massage parlor nearby. The closeness to the airport and the noise may be a concern for some.

This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.

This place provides excellent service expected from a 4-star hotel. All was satisfactory except one thing: the staff didn't recognize Chinese passport as valid ID for Chinese citizens, which is absurd. Fortunately, after contacting the local police they eventually accepted Chinese passport for ID verification.

告莊，晝夜判若兩城，衹有在晚間才會發現它的真實！悠揚的葫蘆絲、曼妙的凡婻諾、綿延的霓虹、異域的傣迪、熱鬧的趕擺街。因不喜民宿，所以住宿衹選湄公河景瀾酒店。兩年前來過一次告莊，也住景瀾。設施、地理位置、景觀、服務都是上選。此次再來告莊玩，景瀾還是必選！房間內飾、床架甚至外牆等都保養到位。説明酒店運作理想，也將資金用於酒店維護，形成良性循環。這次在告莊停留4天，暫定了兩天江景行政雙床房。到前台辦入住，小姐姐小菊熱情接待，並幫忙安排調度我們需要的高樓層房間。得知更高樓層有內銷套房時（房源低於5間，景觀位置更好，不在平台銷售），小菊也主動開房卡讓我們上樓打樣。經過商議，小菊在自己權限下給出相當實惠的價格。後，果斷再定兩天內銷套房。非常感謝小菊幫忙！ 這次假期不長，沒法停留到傣歷新年潑水節，等有時間一定過來體驗三天的潑水節狂歡！

Our recent trip to Dali was absolutely unforgettable, and staying at [Hotel Name] made it even more special. What truly set our experience apart was our incredible butler — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help make our stay perfect. Their service went above and beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better. Situated closer to the north side of Dali Ancient Town, the hotel was within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was conveniently close, which made exploring the town effortless and enjoyable. Every day felt magical, from the scenic views to the warm hospitality. If you’re planning a trip to Dali, we highly recommend staying here — it’s an experience you won’t forget.

Great spacious hotel room with a bath tub overlooking the river and skyline. Right in the touristy area near the night market with plenty of food, shops and massages around. Didn't want to leave the hotel room because it was so nice! Service also great.

Thr view of the Snow Mountain greets you upon arrival at the hotel. Nice! The villa and hotel are well-appointed and the heated flooring is extremely welcome feature though I wonder why they didn't offer the heated toilet seat which is now a feature even in the family-run hotels in Shangri-la. We were given one of the furthest villas and had to rely on buggy service throughout the stay. So,I'd advise you check your villa location. The breakfast is sumptuous and food is overall respectable. What I find to be lacking is the absence of warmth from the service staff. They are not rude but it felt like they were just doing their job professionally. A few times I encountered issues and the first service staff assigned was unable to support. Compared to the rest of my last few hotels, they were rated the lowest in this area. So I'd recommend this hotel to those who just want to enjoy a great value stay and can be totally self-sufficient chilling in their rooms.

We had an excellent experience and truly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect, with everything conveniently located around the hotel. The staffs were very caring and helpful. However, one area for improvement was the breakfast, which wasn’t very fresh. As a result, my kids decided to skip breakfast, but there was a 7-Eleven nearby where we could buy something to eat.  But still I will give a high score as we enjoyed the time we stayed there.  Overall, it was a great experience.
