MMichele BuffordThe first room that they put us in was tiny dirty, and had a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The closet was a joke. It was maybe 6 inches deep and had an ironing board hanging in it. No room for clothes. The bathroom floor looked dirty, but I think it was stained. We requested another room and they moved us into a much bigger handicap accessible room. The lobby needs some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet needed to be stretched. Desperately it was a trip hazard. The free breakfast was not great as the waffle mix on the make your own waffle smelled rancid and tasted funny. We along with two other families reported it. The cream cheese also looked curdled. The best thing about this place was the lady at the reception desk. He was very nice and helpful.

VVieraskäyttäjäHooks Hideaway Motel was a fantastic place to stay! Located just about 20 minutes north of Babb, it was close for our convenience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the in-room heater for cooler nights. While the WiFi signal was a bit weaker the farther you were from the router, it was still reliable enough for basic use and didn’t impact our stay at all.
Overall, a clean and extremely cozy motel. We would absolutely book again!

VVieraskäyttäjäA great experience. During the first half of the week, Carol was just a sweetheart. Every morning she would tell us about what was for breakfast. Then she’d want to know what we were getting into each day.
The cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping the room and the hotel clean.
The hotel was close to gas stations, museums and other facilities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Montana.

NnordinyThis motel is all about location—just minutes from Yellowstone’s West Entrance and close to restaurants and shops in town. The room was clean and simple, with free Wi-Fi and cable TV.
However, there’s no microwave or coffee maker in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Staff were friendly, and the price is reasonable for the area.
Overall: A no-frills, convenient option if you don’t mind minimal amenities.

VVieraskäyttäjäI guess for the price I shouldn't expect perfection, however it was far from that. AC unit wouldn't stay on, and you couldn't turn it lower than 68. There was no coffee maker, the main door was lopsided and someone smokes down the hall so I had to smell that every time I went to and from my room. Just a little attention to detail would have made it more enjoyable.

BBernadette NgClean room. Instead of 2 full sized shower towels, only 1 was provided with extra mid sized towels. Laundry was a hit and miss. Only washer was working and dryer was out of order. Breakfast was sustainable with coffee and waffle. The juice machine was out of order. Most important of all, the service counter staff was accommodating and service oriented.

KKseniia KoshevaiaWe really liked the cabin . We stayed there for just one night but were very satisfied. It was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We had a late check-in, and the receptionist made it as comfortable as possible. We are very grateful to her, and I definitely recommend this location.
